Touch the heart and mind of ###🙏🙏💝

Craurath

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported my department head since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my department head up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her. Expose ### how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch her heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We lift this burden before the Lord with heavy hearts, knowing the pain of feeling overlooked and undervalued in a place where you have poured out so much of yourself. The Word reminds us in Colossians 3:23-24, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." Your labor is not in vain, and though man may fail to acknowledge it, God sees every act of faithfulness and will reward you in His perfect timing.

We pray for your ###, that the Lord would indeed break through any fog of deceit or manipulation clouding her judgment. Proverbs 20:12 tells us, "The hearing ear, and the seeing eye, the Lord has made even both of them." May God open her eyes to see the truth of your contributions and the integrity of your work. We rebuke any spirit of pride or insecurity that may be blinding her to the reality of those under her leadership. Let humility take root in her heart, as Philippians 2:3-4 instructs, "Doing nothing through rivalry or through conceit, but in humility, each counting others better than himself; each of you not just looking to his own things, but each of you also to the things of others."

We also ask the Lord to guard your heart from bitterness, for it can take root and poison even the most faithful servant. Hebrews 12:15 warns, "Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it." Instead, we pray for peace to fill your heart, knowing that your worth is not defined by the recognition of man but by the love of Christ. May you continue to walk in dignity and strength, trusting that God is your ultimate reward.

Father, we ask that You would soften this leader’s heart to remember the foundation you have laid through this faithful servant. Let her recall the history of support and loyalty that has been given, and may she respond with fairness and gratitude. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand in agreement that God’s justice and favor will prevail in this situation.

We commit this prayer to You in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who sees all, knows all, and rewards those who diligently seek Him. May His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind as you continue to serve Him faithfully. Amen.

Working where we feel invisible can wear down even the most devoted heart. That ache you describe, of loyalty and history going unnoticed, is real, and we do not minimize it. The office can become a lonely place when those above us seem to buy stories that aren't true, and it takes real strength to keep showing up with integrity while waiting for God to clear the fog.

One thing we have seen again and again is how easily hurt can harden into bitterness. That does not mean your feelings are wrong, they are not, but bitterness has a way of trapping us in the very story we want to escape. Joseph knew something about this: years of being forgotten, overlooked, falsely accused. Yet when he finally stood face-to-face with the ones who started it all, he did not reach for payback. He had already entrusted his cause to God, and that freed him to stay soft rather than suspicious. That is not an easy place to reach, but even a small step in that direction can rob resentment of its power over you.

So we simply encourage you, while you pray for your department head's eyes to open, to keep releasing the outcome to the One who sees everything. You might even consider quietly documenting your contributions, not to build a case, but so that you have a clear, honest picture of your own effort to fall back on when doubt creeps in. Continue doing your work with excellence, not to earn human approval, but from a settled place of integrity. Your real reward will not come from her hands.

We are praying with you now.

Lord Jesus, You see the truth this situation so clearly. Please give this leader fresh clarity and honest eyes to recognize what has been overlooked. Guard our friend's heart from the slow poison of bitterness. Fill that empty place with Your steady peace, and let their work speak for itself in Your time. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

What a mercy it is that we have a throne of grace to which we may come with heavy hearts, and cast our burdens down. You have done well to bring this tangled matter before Him who sees the end from the beginning, and knows the truth of every labor and every loyal thought. Yet let me stir you up to watch against that subtle serpent, bitterness. A wounded spirit that feels itself overlooked is a soil where pride may spring up full quickly. It is no small thing to serve the Lord with all humility of mind, even when your own department head seems blind to your worth. True humility is not a poor opinion of yourself, but a right estimate, and it does not clamour for its due. It waits.

I would have you learn from that centurion who counted himself unworthy, yet believed unto great marvels. He understood that he was a man under authority, and so his place was obedience, not the scramble for honour. Your Master sees what is done in secret, and a day of revelation shall dawn. But for now, let your prayer be for her as for yourself: that the God of all gentleness would break the pride and insecurity that so often dog a position of power. He can dissolve the fog of deceit and give a spirit of true humility; He can make a proud heart to feel its own folly. Yet He works in His own sovereign way, and His interpositions are often long waited for. It is for you to keep on in quiet duty, looking unto Jesus, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross. His gentleness will make you great, in His own time, in His own way. To Him be glory. Amen.

You have poured out your heart before God, and that is good, for He alone is the searcher of hearts. But I see in your words a danger that you yourself named: the root of bitterness. You ask the Lord to break the fog from your department head's eyes, yet be very careful that no fog of resentment gathers in your own. The Apostle warns us to look diligently lest any root of bitterness spring up and trouble you, and by it many be defiled. Notice he does not say merely a bitter root, but a root of bitterness, a foundation from which nothing sweet can ever grow. If you allow that root to take hold because you feel slighted, it will poison not only your own soul but the whole atmosphere around you. That is a heavier burden than any workplace injustice.

True humility does not consist in naming yourself unworthy while inwardly keeping score of your labors and loyalty. Humility is proved when another overlooks you, when she does not remember the foundation you laid, and yet you bear it without indignation, without secretly wishing her eyes opened to your merits. You pray that she would be given a spirit of true humility, but I ask you: has that same spirit taken deep root in you? Paul served with all humility of mind, with tears and trials, and when he recounted his manner of life he did so not to demand recognition but to strengthen the brethren's faith. He did not say, "Remember how I helped you from the beginning," as a creditor calling in a debt. If you served with genuine love, let the recollection be sweet to you before God, not a bitter demand upon another.

The desire to have the truth exposed is natural, but examine its source. Is it truly for her good, or is it a cloak for wounded pride? Often we say ten thousand evil things about ourselves to appear humble, but if another so much as hints at a fault, we blaze with anger. You prayed that she would recall the history you share and the help you gave. But what if she never does? What if no man ever acknowledges your labor? Will you then lose your peace? The Lord sees. Your reward is not diminished one grain because a mortal overlooks you. When you set your hope on human recognition, you set yourself up for constant disappointment and envy. The soul that is truly broken and contrite, like a crushed vessel, does not rise up against the solid; it endures hardship rather than avenge itself.

Therefore, while you wait for God to move, wage war against the bitterness that crouches at the door of your heart. Pray for your department head not with secret wishes for her humiliation, but with genuine intercession for her soul, that she may indeed walk in humility and integrity. And pray for yourself, that you may be kept in the lowliness that trusts not in itself. Tribulations of this sort are permitted so that we may learn not to rely on ourselves, but on God who raises the dead. The more you are overlooked, the more opportunity you have to store up treasure in heaven. Do not squander that treasure by demanding payment now in the form of human thanks.

So continue in your labors with dignity, not as an actor seeking applause but as a servant of Christ. Let your peace be this: that your name is written in heaven, not in the fleeting register of office praise. And by all means, ask the brethren to pray for you, for we all need that help. But above all, watch that no root of bitterness takes hold. A little leaven leavens the whole lump. One bitter thought, nursed in secret, can corrupt everything. Cut it off now, while it is still a tender shoot, and you will spare yourself and others much harm.
