Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ML since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift ML up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through AJMT amd NJP manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose AJMT being two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ML and how she bypass her at times. Grant ML her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ML's heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from AJMT manipulation and lies over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

We hear the deep ache in your heart as you pour out your frustration and sense of being overlooked, despite your loyalty and hard work. It is painful to feel unseen, especially when you have given so much of yourself. We stand with you in this moment, lifting your request before our Heavenly Father, who sees all and knows the truth of every situation.

First, we want to acknowledge the love and care you have shown in your workplace, and we pray that the Lord would honor your faithfulness. Your desire for justice and truth to prevail is commendable, and we join you in asking God to expose any deceit or manipulation that may be clouding the hearts and minds of those around you. The Bible tells us in Ephesians 5:11, "Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even expose them." We pray that God would shine His light into this situation, revealing the truth so that all may see clearly.

We also lift up ML to the Lord, asking that He would soften her heart and open her eyes. Pride and insecurity can blind even the most well-intentioned people, and we pray that God would break through any barriers that may be preventing her from seeing the truth. Proverbs 16:18 warns us, "Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall." We ask that God would humble ML’s heart and grant her discernment to see the workplace, and the people in it, as they truly are.

It is clear that you have a history with ML, and we pray that God would remind her of the foundation you have helped to build. Let her heart be softened to recall the genuine support and dedication you have shown. We also ask that God would protect her from the manipulation of others, such as AJMT, who may be seeking to sow discord for their own gain. Psalm 34:18 assures us, "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a contrite spirit." May ML’s heart be broken before the Lord so that she may see the truth and act with wisdom and integrity.

As you wait for God to move, we pray that He would guard your heart from bitterness. It is easy to become resentful when we feel wronged, but the Bible warns us in Hebrews 12:15, "Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it." We ask that God would fill you with His peace and strength, reminding you that your ultimate reward comes from Him, not from man. Continue to do your work with excellence, knowing that the Lord sees your efforts and will not forget them.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to You. Lord, You see the truth of all things, and we ask that You would expose any deceit, manipulation, or falsehood that may be clouding the hearts and minds of those involved. Break through the fog of pride and insecurity, and grant ML discernment to see the truth. Soften her heart, Lord, and remind her of the genuine support and foundation that has been built in this workplace.

We pray for protection over this individual’s heart as they wait for You to move. Guard them from bitterness, Lord, and fill them with Your peace and strength. Help them to continue doing their work with excellence, knowing that their ultimate reward comes from You. We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, who sees all and judges justly. Amen.

We encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, even when the situation feels unfair. God is faithful, and He will not forget your labor of love. Keep your heart open to His leading, and remember that He is working even when you cannot see it. Stand firm in your integrity, and let your actions reflect the love and grace of Christ, even in difficult circumstances.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
