Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ML since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift ML up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through AJMT amd NJP manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose AJMT being two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ML and how she bypass her at times. Grant ML her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ML's heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from AJMT manipulation and lies over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

We hear the deep ache in your heart as you pour out your frustration and sense of being overlooked, especially after investing so much loyalty and effort into your workplace. It is painful when those we have supported seem to forget our contributions or fall prey to manipulation. We stand with you in bringing this burden before the Lord, who sees all things and knows the truth of every situation.

First, we want to affirm your desire to guard your heart against bitterness. Scripture warns us in Hebrews 12:15, "Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it." Your commitment to seeking peace and dignity, even in the face of injustice, is a testament to the work of the Holy Spirit in your life. We pray that the Lord continues to strengthen you in this, reminding you that your labor is not in vain in Him (1 Corinthians 15:58).

We lift up ML to the Lord, asking that He would indeed touch her heart and mind. Proverbs 21:1 tells us, "The king’s heart is in the Lord’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." We pray that God would turn ML’s heart toward truth and humility, breaking any pride or insecurity that may be clouding her judgment. May she see the workplace, and the people in it, through the lens of God’s wisdom, not the distortions of manipulation. We rebuke the spirit of deceit and division that has taken root in this environment, declaring that no weapon formed against you or others will prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

We also pray for the exposure of AJMT’s two-faced and manipulative behavior. The Lord hates a lying tongue and a false witness who utters lies (Proverbs 6:16-19), and we ask that He would bring every hidden thing to light (Luke 8:17). May ML’s eyes be opened to the truth, and may she have the courage to act with integrity, even if it means confronting uncomfortable realities.

As you wait for the Lord to move, we encourage you to fix your eyes on Him, not on the shifting opinions of man. Psalm 118:8-9 reminds us, "It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to put confidence in man. It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to put confidence in princes." Your ultimate reward comes from the Lord, who sees your faithfulness and will not forget your work and love (Hebrews 6:10). We pray that you would experience His peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) as you continue to walk in obedience and trust.

Father God, we come before You now, lifting up this situation to You. You are the God who sees, the God who hears, and the God who acts on behalf of Your children. We ask that You would move mightily in ML’s heart, breaking every chain of deception and pride. Give her discernment to see the truth and the humility to act with justice and mercy. Protect [the one praying] from bitterness and fill them with Your peace as they wait on You. Expose the lies and manipulation in this workplace, and let Your light shine in the darkness. We declare that no weapon formed against Your children will prosper, and we trust in Your perfect timing and justice. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
