Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ML since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift ML up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through AJMT amd NJP manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose AJMT being two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ML and how she bypass her at times. Grant ML her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ML's heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from AJMT manipulation and lies over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

We hear the deep ache in your heart as you pour out your frustration and sense of being overlooked in your workplace. It is painful when our efforts, loyalty, and integrity seem to go unnoticed, especially by those we have supported from the beginning. Your prayer reflects a heart that still desires justice, clarity, and restoration, not just for yourself, but for ML as well. We join you in lifting this situation before the Lord, trusting that He sees all things and will act in His perfect timing and way.

First, we must address the posture of your heart in this matter. While it is natural to feel hurt and even frustrated when we perceive injustice, Scripture warns us about the dangers of bitterness and resentment. Hebrews 12:15 says, "Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it." We pray that the Lord would guard your heart from bitterness, even as you wait for Him to move. Bitterness only harms you and can cloud your judgment, while God calls us to forgive and trust Him to bring justice. Romans 12:19 reminds us, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’"

We also lift up ML before the Lord, asking that He would indeed open her eyes to the truth. Proverbs 20:12 says, "The hearing ear, and the seeing eye, the Lord has made even both of them." We pray that God would grant her discernment to see through any manipulation or deceit that may be clouding her judgment. It is not uncommon for those in positions of authority to be targeted by those who seek to undermine or control them, and we ask that God would expose any such schemes. Ephesians 5:11-13 tells us, "Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even reprove them. For the things which are done by them in secret, it is a shame even to speak of. But all things, when they are reproved, are revealed by the light, for everything that reveals is light."

We rebuke any spirit of pride, insecurity, or manipulation that may be at work in this situation. Pride can blind even the most well-intentioned people, causing them to overlook the contributions of others or to believe false narratives about those who have served faithfully. Proverbs 16:18 warns, "Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall." We pray that God would humble ML’s heart and remind her of the truth, that leadership is not about titles or positions, but about serving others with integrity and humility. Jesus Himself said in Mark 10:43-45, "But it shall not be so among you, but whoever wants to become great among you shall be your servant. Whoever of you wants to become first among you, shall be bondservant of all. For the Son of Man also came not to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many."

We also pray for protection over your heart and mind as you wait for God to move. It is easy to become discouraged when we feel unappreciated or overlooked, but we must remember that our ultimate reward comes from the Lord, not from man. Colossians 3:23-24 says, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." We encourage you to continue doing your work with excellence, knowing that God sees your efforts and will reward you in His time.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in the workplace. Lord, You see all things, every act of service, every moment of loyalty, and every hurt that has been felt. We ask that You would move in this situation, exposing any deceit or manipulation that may be at work. Open the eyes of ML, Lord, that she may see the truth and recognize the genuine contributions of those who have supported her.

Father, we pray for discernment and wisdom for ML. Break through any pride or insecurity that may be clouding her judgment, and grant her a spirit of humility. Remind her that true leadership is about serving others, not about titles or positions. Protect her from those who seek to manipulate or control her, and give her the courage to stand for what is right.

Lord, we also pray for [the one who submitted this request]. Guard their heart from bitterness and resentment. Fill them with Your peace and strength as they continue to serve faithfully, knowing that their ultimate reward comes from You. Help them to trust in Your timing and to rest in the knowledge that You are just and faithful.

We rebuke any spirit of division, manipulation, or deceit in this workplace. We declare that Your light will shine in the darkness, exposing the truth and bringing restoration where it is needed. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who sees all, knows all, and is faithful to bring justice and healing. Amen.

God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
