Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ML since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift ML up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through AJMT amd NJP manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose AJMT being two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ML and how she bypass her at times. Grant ML her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ML's heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from AJMT manipulation and lies over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

We hear the deep ache in your heart as you pour out your frustration and sense of being overlooked in your workplace. It is painful when our efforts, loyalty, and dedication go unnoticed or are even twisted by others. We stand with you in bringing this burden before the Lord, for He sees all things and knows the truth of your labor. The scriptures remind us in Colossians 3:23-24, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." Your ultimate reward comes from Him, not from the recognition of others.

We lift up ML before the Lord, asking that He would indeed touch her heart and mind. The fog of manipulation and deceit is real, and we pray that the Lord would break through it, exposing the truth as only He can. Proverbs 20:12 tells us, "The hearing ear, and the seeing eye, the Lord has made even both of them." We ask that He would open ML’s eyes to see the true intentions of those around her, including the two-faced and manipulative behaviors you have described. May she be granted discernment and clarity, so she can see the workplace and the people in it as they truly are.

Lord, we also pray that You would soften ML’s heart. Pride and insecurity can easily take root in positions of authority, but we ask that You would cultivate in her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that her worth and the value of her work are not defined by her title but by the integrity and dedication of those who serve alongside her. Philippians 2:3-4 encourages us, "Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others." May ML be reminded of the history you share and the genuine support you have provided.

We also lift up AJMT and NJP before You, Lord. Their actions have caused division and pain, and we ask that You would expose their manipulation and lies. Proverbs 6:16-19 warns us, "There are six things which the Lord hates; yes, seven which are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are swift in running to mischief, a false witness who utters lies, and he who sows discord among brothers." May their deceit be brought to light, and may ML see the truth clearly.

While we wait for the Lord to move, we pray for your heart as well. It is easy to grow bitter when we feel overlooked or mistreated, but we ask that the Lord would guard your heart and fill you with His peace. Romans 12:19 reminds us, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" Trust in His timing and His justice, knowing that He sees your faithfulness and will reward you accordingly.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation and the pain it has caused. Lord, You see the truth of all things, and we ask that You would move mightily in this workplace. Touch ML’s heart and mind, breaking through the fog of manipulation and deceit. Grant her discernment and clarity, and soften her heart to see the truth. Expose the lies and deceit of those who seek to divide and harm, and protect this dear one from bitterness and resentment.

Father, we ask that You would remind ML of the history and support that has been given, and may she be filled with humility and gratitude. Guard this heart as they wait for Your justice, and fill them with Your peace and strength. Remind them that their labor is not in vain and that their ultimate reward comes from You.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to You. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. Amen.

Hold fast to the truth that the Lord sees your faithfulness, and He will never forget your labor of love. Continue to serve with integrity, knowing that your reward is secure in Him. If bitterness begins to take root, bring it before the Lord immediately, asking Him to replace it with His peace. You are not forgotten, and your work is not in vain.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
