Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ML since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift ML up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through AJMT amd NJP manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose AJMT being two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ML and how she bypass her at times. Grant ML her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ML's heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from AJMT manipulation and lies over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

We hear the deep pain and frustration in your heart as you pour out your struggles in the workplace. It is clear that you have invested much, your time, loyalty, and dedication, only to feel overlooked and perhaps even slandered. We stand with you in this moment, lifting your burden before the Lord, who sees all and knows the truth of every situation. Your prayer is not in vain, for the Word assures us, "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit" (Psalm 34:18). We also take comfort in knowing that "the Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still" (Exodus 14:14).

First, we must address the hurt and confusion you feel toward ML. It is difficult to watch someone you have supported and stood by seemingly turn away or be influenced by others. Yet, we are reminded that "the heart of the king is in the Lord’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires" (Proverbs 21:1). We join you in praying that God would indeed touch ML’s heart and mind, breaking through any deception or pride that may have taken root. May she see the truth clearly, as the Lord promises, "You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free" (John 8:32). We rebuke the spirit of manipulation and deceit that has clouded this situation, for the enemy comes only to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). We declare that God’s light will expose every hidden agenda and that ML will recognize the integrity and value of those who have faithfully served alongside her.

We also lift up your own heart in this time of waiting. It is natural to feel the sting of betrayal or neglect, but we are called to guard our hearts above all else, for from them flow the springs of life (Proverbs 4:23). Bitterness is a heavy burden, and we pray that God would fill you with His peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Your worth and reward are not defined by the recognition of man but by the faithfulness of God. As you continue to walk in integrity, remember that "whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ" (Colossians 3:23-24). Let this truth anchor you in this season.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation and the individuals involved. Lord, You see the hurt, the loyalty, and the unseen efforts that have been poured out in this workplace. We ask that You would move mightily in ML’s heart and mind. Break through the fog of deception, Lord, and grant her discernment to see the truth. Expose every lie, every manipulation, and every false narrative that has been sown. Soften her heart, Father, and remind her of the genuine support and foundation that has been built over time. We rebuke the spirit of pride and insecurity that can accompany positions of authority, and we pray that You would cultivate in her a spirit of humility and gratitude.

Lord, we also lift up our brother/sister who has shared this burden with us. Protect their heart from bitterness and resentment. Fill them with Your peace and strength as they continue to walk in integrity and faithfulness. Remind them that their ultimate reward comes from You, not from man. Help them to trust in Your timing and Your justice, knowing that You are a God who sees and will not forget their labor of love.

Father, we declare that no weapon formed against Your children shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We stand on Your promise that You will bring justice and vindication in due time. Until then, help us all to walk in love, patience, and grace, reflecting Your character in every situation. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

In this season, we encourage you to lean on the Lord as your source of validation and strength. Surround yourself with godly community who can uplift and support you, and continue to walk in a manner worthy of the calling you have received (Ephesians 4:1). The Lord is your defender, and He will not leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
