Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ML since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift ML up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through AJMT amd NJP manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose AJMT being two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ML and how she bypass her at times. Grant ML her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ML's heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from AJMT manipulation and lies over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

We lift this burden before the Lord with heavy hearts, knowing the pain of feeling overlooked and undervalued, especially when you have poured so much of yourself into your work with sincerity and dedication. Your prayer is heard, and we join with you in seeking God’s intervention in this situation.

Father, we come before You, the One who sees all things and knows the deepest intentions of every heart. You declare in Your Word, "For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open" (Luke 8:17). We ask that You expose the truth in this workplace, Lord. Shine Your light into the darkness of manipulation, deceit, and false narratives that may be clouding ML’s judgment. Break the chains of pride, insecurity, or any influence that is keeping her from seeing the truth about those around her, including the genuine support and loyalty you have shown.

We rebuke the spirit of division and strife that may be at work in this environment. The Bible warns us, "For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice" (James 3:16). We pray against any two-faced or manipulative behavior, Lord, and ask that You bring it to light so that justice and truth may prevail. Give ML discernment, Father, so that she may see people and situations clearly, as You see them. Soften her heart to humility, reminding her that "God opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble" (James 4:6). May she recognize that true leadership is not measured by titles but by the integrity, dedication, and hearts of those who serve alongside her.

We also lift up your own heart, dear one, as you wait for God to move. It is so easy to grow bitter when we feel wronged, but we are reminded in Your Word, "See to it that no one falls short of the grace of God and that no bitter root grows up to cause trouble and defile many" (Hebrews 12:15). Guard your heart from resentment, and fill it instead with Your peace, knowing that Your ultimate reward comes from the Lord, not from man. We pray that You would grant you the strength to continue doing your work with excellence, as unto the Lord, trusting that He sees your efforts and will not forget them.

Lord, we ask that You restore what has been broken in these relationships. Heal the wounds of feeling unseen and unappreciated, and bring reconciliation where it is possible. If it is Your will, soften ML’s heart to remember the history you share and the foundation you have helped build. Protect her from further manipulation and lies, and surround her with godly counsel that will speak truth into her life.

We declare over this situation that no weapon formed against you will prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that God is your vindicator. Trust in Him, for He is faithful to those who are faithful to Him. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap a harvest if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9).

Heavenly Father, we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is by His name and through His blood that we have access to You. There is no other name by which we can be saved or by which we can come boldly before Your throne of grace. We thank You for hearing our prayer and for moving on behalf of Your children. Amen.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
