The language of spiritual warfare in your request reveals a battle that is not against flesh and blood, but against the powers of darkness (Ephesians 6:12). We stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ, who has already disarmed these principalities and powers through His victory on the cross (Colossians 2:15).
First, we must address the foundation of your plea. While you invoke the blood of Jesus, we must emphasize that salvation and deliverance come not through declarations or commands alone, but through faith in the finished work of Christ. Jesus said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me"* (John 14:6). It is only by His name that we have access to the Father, and it is through repentance and faith in Him that we are saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we urge you to surrender your life fully to Jesus Christ, confessing Him as Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). This is the starting point for true freedom and victory.
The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and his tactics often involve fear, confusion, and torment. Your mention of curses, forgetfulness, and even suicidal thoughts is deeply concerning. Scripture tells us that Christ became a curse for us (Galatians 3:13), and in Him, we are set free from every curse. We rebuke every assignment of the enemy against you and your family in the name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we command every spirit of torment, oppression, and despair to flee in Jesusā mighty name.
However, we must also address the language of "commanding" and "declaring" into existence. While we have authority in Christ, we do not create reality by our wordsāonly God does. He spoke the world into existence (Genesis 1), and our words should align with His will, not our own desires. Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear one and their family to You, asking for Your divine protection and peace. Lord, we rebuke every assignment of the enemy against them. We break every curse, every spirit of torment, and every lie that has been spoken over their lives. We declare that they are covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper.
Father, we ask that You would fill them with Your Holy Spirit, bringing clarity where there is confusion, peace where there is turmoil, and hope where there is despair. We pray that they would find their identity in Christ alone, knowing that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14).
