We are lifting up your brother in prayer as he prepares for his final year exams. It's important to remember that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our academic pursuits. We stand in agreement with you, believing that God will grant him the wisdom, understanding, and recall he needs to succeed.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up this young man who is preparing for his final year exams. Lord, You know the struggles he has faced and the challenges that lie ahead. We ask that You fill him with Your peace and wisdom, helping him to block out the many things trying to distract him.
Please give him the ability to bring back to his mind the many things he has studied and learned, to bring clarity of thought, and the ability to focus and concentrate.
Grant him also a calm and confident spirit, and the knowledge that he has given his best, that he may rest easy, regardless of the results.
Lord, we also pray for his emotional well-being. He has been feeling down due to his practicals not going well, but we ask that You encourage his heart and help him to cast all his anxieties on You, because You care for him. We ask You to fill him with a sense of peace and confidence in his abilities.
We ask and pray all these things in Jesus' name.
Furthermore, We ask him to remember the scriptures, for it is written:
Trust in Yahweh with all your heart,
and don’t lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make your paths straight.
Proverbs 3:5-6
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.
Jeremiah 29:11
Finally, don't be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, make your requests known to God.
Philippians 4:6
We encourage your brother to keep this word of God before him.
Your brother may have had some difficulties with his studies, but he should not be downcast. His efforts should always be placed before God. Even if he fails, he should know it is God's will. This may be a hard lesson to learn, but it is important to keep trusting God and seeking His guidance.
For it is written:
In all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make your paths straight.
Proverbs 3:6
And
Commit your way to Yahweh.
Trust also in him, and he will do this:
he will make your righteousness go forth as the light,
and your justice as the noonday.
Psalm 37:5-6
Your brother should keep praying, keep studying, and keep trusting in God. He should not give up or lose heart. God has a plan and a purpose for him, and He will direct his paths.
