We are thankful you reached out and shared your burden with us and we join you in giving thanks that your job situation is better now than it was a few months ago. We understand the anxiety that comes when employment feels uncertain, and we want to lift you up before our Heavenly Father who is our provider and sustainer.
We want to encourage you with what Scripture teaches about work. God calls us to be diligent and faithful stewards of the opportunities He gives us. Colossians 3:23 says Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. And Proverbs 16:3 says Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed. When we commit our work to Him and labor with integrity, honesty and diligence as unto Him, He is honored and we reflect His character to our employers and coworkers. We also remember the promise in Philippians 4:19 that My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus, and in Matthew 6:33 that if we seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, all these things will be given to us as well. Your job is in His hands, and He cares for you.
We also noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to gently share why that is so important to us. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. Jesus said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 tells us There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We encourage you to place your trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, so that you may have forgiveness and eternal life and come boldly before God in prayer through Him.

Father in heaven, we lift this dear one up to You in the name of Jesus Christ. We thank You for Your mercy in sustaining this job and for bringing improvement after a difficult season. We ask that You would establish the work of their hands, grant favor with their employer, and help them to keep this job according to Your will. Give them wisdom, diligence, humility and strength to do their work excellently and faithfully as unto You. Guard them from anxiety and help them to trust You daily for provision. Help them to grow in skill and character, to be a light for You in the workplace, and to seek You first in all things. We pray that they would know the hope and peace that comes through faith in Jesus Christ, and that they would walk closely with You. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We have heard your request with thankfulness to God that He has spared you in this trial concerning your employment and has granted you a measure of relief. To have been brought to the brink of losing your daily bread and then to be upheld is a mercy that calls for praise, and we join you in giving thanks for it.
You will remember Job, of whom it is written, In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly. He knew what it was to have all taken away at once, and to sit among the ashes in great heaviness. Yet the Lord who permitted the trial also sustained him, and in due time the Lord turned the captivity of Job. Our longest sorrows have a close, and there is a bottom to the profoundest depths of our misery when God has gotten His purpose in them. He can maintain the glory of a man's estate and his bodily health, and even when that glory grows dim for a season, He is able to renew his strength like the bow that is made fresh in his hand, and to anoint him with fresh oil.
Take confidence then that the same God who has kept you hitherto is able to keep you still. Look to Him for divine support day by day, and seek to do your work heartily as unto the Lord and not unto men, for whatsoever ye do, do it in the name of the Lord Jesus. Let diligence, honesty, humility and prayerfulness mark your labor, that your employer may see faithfulness in you and that your heavenly Father may be glorified in your calling.

We ask Thee to establish the work of his hands upon him. Grant him grace to be diligent and faithful in all that is committed to his trust, to grow in skill and in wisdom, and to walk before Thee and before men with a clear conscience. Provide for his daily needs according to Thy riches, keep him from anxiety, and let him see that his bread and his calling come from Thy fatherly hand. Turn all his trials to his good and to Thy glory, and keep him trusting in Jesus Christ, in whose name alone is our salvation and our hope. Amen.
