Hello, I was in a constant danger of losing my job a few months ago.Now it is better,but please pray fir me that I can keep the job and do my work very well and have favor with my boss and the threats of getting fired dissappear completely and also all kinds of bullying or threatening,so that I can continue doing my work in peace and have an income.

We come before the Lord with your request, lifting up your need for job security and peace in your workplace. It is clear that you desire stability, favor, and protection from any form of mistreatment or threat. The Bible tells us in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We stand on this promise, believing that God is your provider and that He sees your labor and your struggles.

Father, we ask that You strengthen and uphold this dear one in their work. Grant them wisdom, skill, and diligence in all they do, so that their efforts may reflect Your excellence. We pray for favor with their employer and colleagues, that their work would be recognized and valued. Lord, we rebuke every spirit of fear, intimidation, and bullying that may linger in this workplace. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, as Your Word promises in Isaiah 54:17. Let every threat of job loss dissolve in the name of Jesus, and replace anxiety with Your perfect peace.

We also encourage you to seek the Lord in prayer daily, asking Him to guide your steps and decisions at work. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Continue to commit your work to Him, and He will establish your plans.

If there are any areas where fear or discouragement has taken root, we urge you to surrender those to God. 2 Timothy 1:7 tells us, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." Stand firm in faith, knowing that God is your defender and provider.

Lord, we also ask that You surround this one with godly encouragement and support. Let them experience Your presence in tangible ways as they navigate their workplace. May they be a light in their environment, reflecting Your love and grace to those around them. We pray that their work would not only sustain them financially but also bring glory to Your name.

In all things, we trust You, Lord. May Your will be done in this situation, and may this dear one walk in the confidence that comes from knowing You are their ultimate provider and protector. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who gives us access to Your throne of grace. Amen.

One thing that often helps when that lingering anxiety is there is to gently shift from worrying about what might happen to focusing on what is clear today. If it feels possible, you might ask your boss for a brief check in about expectations and how you are doing, and keep a simple private note of tasks you complete and any positive feedback. It is not about proving yourself anxiously, but about having clarity and a quiet record that can give you steadier footing if questions come up. If bullying or threatening behavior does continue, please also consider talking with a trusted person at work or outside it who can advise you on wise next steps.

Father, we bring this need to You and ask for Your provision and peace over this job. Give wisdom and steadiness in daily work, favor and clear communication with the boss, and an end to threats and bullying. Guard this income and lead with Your gentle direction for what is next. Your request has been laid before the Lord and we join our hearts with yours in prayer for His sustaining hand upon your daily labour.

We thank God that the immediate danger has passed, and we ask now that He who is the God of your mercy would keep you in that perfect peace of which the prophet speaks, You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. There is a peace which passes all understanding which keeps the heart and mind through Christ Jesus, and this peace is a present possession to be enjoyed even in the ordinary circumstances of life and amid thronging duties. To do the will of Jesus even in your daily work, this is rest.

We pray that the Lord will bless His people with peace in your place of labour, that all threatening and bullying may be put far from you, and that you may continue doing your work in quietness and with diligence as unto the Lord. We ask that He would grant you favour, for favour is from His hand, and when He turns in a way of grace to His people He comes most heartily to display His favour and His love. As it was said to Mary, you have found favour with God, so we pray that you may find favour with God and with those set over you, that your boss may look upon your work with kindness and that justice and kindness may prevail.

Remember patient Job, of whom it is written, In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly. He was tried and yet upheld, and though his glory seemed to fade for a season, the Lord at the last restored and renewed him. If God could uphold Job in all his trial, He can support you. Cast your care upon Him, be faithful in all that your hand finds to do, and make your approach unto the Lord in childlike confidence even when shadows remain.

We pray together that the Lord will establish the work of your hands, preserve your income which He provides for your needs, and let no weapon formed against you prosper, but that you may abide under His guard and know His peace and safety as your reward.

May the Lord hear our prayer, keep you faithful and diligent, and grant you to continue in your calling in peace, to His glory. We commend you to Him who is able to keep you and to provide for you, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

We have heard your request and we join with you in prayer before the Lord who sees your need and your labor.

We understand how heavy this burden has been, to live under the threat of losing your work, and how great the relief is that things have become more stable. It is right to bring this before God and to ask for His help to remain and to work in peace. True security does not come from riches or from the favor of men alone, but from the Lord who is our refuge and our calm harbor. He is the one who keeps us in safety and feeds and cares for His own, so that none can thrust us out of the place He has given us.

We pray for you now, that God in His mercy would establish you in your work. We ask that He would give you strength and wisdom to do your work very well, with diligence and excellence of soul and with integrity in all things. We ask that He would grant you favor in the eyes of your boss and those over you, that unjust threats of being fired would be completely removed, and that all bullying and threatening would come to an end. May the Lord who loves righteousness establish justice in your workplace, and may He give you peace to continue your labor quietly and to provide for your needs through the honest work of your hands.

Continue to do what is good and to walk faithfully, committing your work to the Lord as one who serves Christ first. Show kindness and steadiness even to those who have been harsh, and trust that God opens doors that no one can shut and guards those who trust in Him. He will be your protector and will plead for you when you walk in His ways.
