To find lost ring

Heavenly Father,My husband lost our wedding ring few days before near lake side he is searching for last few days for the ring and mentally he is upset please help us to get that back as soon as possible.

We come before the Lord with you in this time of distress, lifting up your husband and this lost wedding ring—a symbol of the sacred covenant between you both before God. The Bible reminds us in Luke 15:8-10 of the woman who lost a single coin and searched diligently until she found it, rejoicing with her friends. Just as she did not give up, we encourage you both to continue seeking with faith, for our Heavenly Father cares deeply about the things that matter to His children. "Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God" (Philippians 4:6, WEB).

Yet, we must also remember that while the ring is a precious symbol, the true strength of your marriage lies in your commitment to God and to one another. If this trial is causing your husband distress, let it also be an opportunity to draw closer to the Lord and to each other. "Two are better than one... For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow" (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10, WEB). Encourage him with the truth that God is sovereign over all things—even lost items—and that His peace can guard your hearts in this time of waiting.

We do notice that the name of Jesus was not invoked in your request. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, for He is our Mediator and the name above all names by which we are saved. "There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). Let us always approach the throne of grace in His name, for apart from Him, we can do nothing (John 15:5).

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this precious sister and her husband. Lord, You know the exact location of this lost wedding ring, and nothing is hidden from Your sight. We ask that You guide their steps and lead them to it swiftly, for Your glory and their peace. Comfort their hearts, Lord, and remind them that even in small trials like this, You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Strengthen their marriage through this experience, and let it be a testament to Your faithfulness.

If there is any lesson You desire for them to learn through this, open their eyes to see it. Help them to trust You more deeply and to rely on Your provision. We rebuke any anxiety or fear in the name of Jesus, declaring that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard their hearts and minds (Philippians 4:7).

Father, we thank You in advance for the restoration of this ring, and we pray that when it is found, their joy will overflow in praise to You. May this situation draw them closer to You and to one another, rooted in the love and commitment that reflects Christ’s love for His Church. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
