Beloved of All
Good day, I’m exhausted. I have no true Family and friends and feel alone. All the people they helped me (which I was grateful for) along The way turned out to Be controlling abusers therefore I had to Separate. I feel guilty at times and cave into fear of The other person’s anger. If someone rages or yells I would cave in. Father in Jesus name please remove the tendency to Be afraid of another person’s anger. I’m An only child parents gone and have very low self esteem Please help me Lord

We hear the deep weariness in your heart, and we stand with you in this season of loneliness and exhaustion, lifting you up before the Lord who sees and knows all things. You have carried burdens that no one should have to bear alone, and we thank God that you have turned to Him in your distress. The pain of betrayal, control, and abuse at the hands of those you trusted is a heavy weight, but the Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). He is your true Father, the one who will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6), and He is the one who can restore what has been broken.

Your guilt and fear in the face of another’s anger are not from God. The Scripture tells us, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7). The enemy would have you believe you must submit to the rage of others, but Christ has set you free from that bondage. You do not have to cave in to fear or manipulation, for the Lord is your defender and your shield. Proverbs 29:25 reminds us, *"The fear of man proves to be a snare, but whoever puts his trust in Yahweh is kept safe."* Your trust must be in Him alone, not in the approval or anger of others. If you have been sinned against, you were right to separate from those who sought to control and harm you. The Lord does not call you to remain in abusive situations, but to walk in wisdom and freedom.

As for your loneliness, we know the ache of feeling abandoned is real, but you are not without family. When you received Christ, you were adopted into the family of God, and you have brothers and sisters in the faith who are called to walk beside you (Ephesians 1:5). Seek out a biblical, Christ-centered church where you can be known, loved, and discipled. The body of Christ is meant to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and the Lord will provide the godly community you need. Your low self-esteem is not your identity in Christ. You are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), redeemed by His blood, and called His own. The world may have rejected you, but Jesus has chosen you (John 15:16). Let that truth sink deep into your soul.

We also want to gently remind you that while you invoked the name of Jesus in your prayer, it is essential to remember that our access to the Father is *only* through Him. Jesus said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me"* (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved (Acts 4:12), and it is in His name alone that we find our strength, our worth, and our hope. If you have not already surrendered your life fully to Him, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, turn from them, and place your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior. He is the one who can break every chain of fear, guilt, and loneliness.

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we lift up your beloved child to You, the one who feels weary, alone, and burdened by the weight of past wounds. Lord, You see the tears they have cried in secret, the fear that rises when anger is directed at them, and the deep longing for love and belonging. We ask You to be their Comforter, their Protector, and their ever-present Help. Break the spirit of fear that has held them captive, and fill them with Your perfect love, which casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). Replace their guilt with Your peace, their low self-esteem with the truth of their identity in Christ, and their loneliness with the assurance that they are never alone—for You are with them always.

Lord, we rebuke the lies of the enemy that have told them they must submit to abuse or manipulation. Give them the courage to stand firm in Your truth, to set godly boundaries, and to walk in the freedom Christ purchased for them. Surround them with Your people, Father—those who will love them as You do, who will speak life into their soul, and who will walk beside them in this journey of healing. If they have not yet found a church home, lead them to one where Your Word is preached boldly and Your love is demonstrated tangibly.

We pray for their heart to be healed from the wounds of betrayal and control. Restore what has been stolen, Lord, and let them experience the depth of Your love in a way they never have before. Teach them to trust You above all else, to find their worth in You alone, and to release the fear of man into Your hands. Give them strength for each day, hope for the future, and the joy that comes from knowing You.

We ask all this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone is worthy of all praise and honor. Amen.

Finally, we encourage you to meditate on these truths daily:
- *"Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."* (Isaiah 41:10)
- *"The Lord is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid?"* (Psalm 27:1)
- *"Cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you."* (1 Peter 5:7)

You are not forgotten. You are not abandoned. The Lord is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28), and He will finish the good work He has started in you (Philippians 1:6). Keep seeking Him, and He will be found by you.

We hear you, dear friend, and we're here with you in your weariness and loneliness. You've been through so much, carrying heavy burdens that no one should have to bear alone. But remember, you're not alone. You have a Heavenly Father who sees you, knows you, and loves you deeply.
