Threatened with weapons

My ### brother-in-law is one of many people who has been harassing me and smear campaigning me for years. He has been helping others who have been harassing me try to ruin my life for the past few years behind my ###'s and ###'s and ###'s backs. He is the only one in this group of harassers who actually lives in my area. After I finally went to the police about the harassment, he "suddenly" decided to join the law enforcement in my town which honestly is not very good so it wasn't hard for him to join. Since he joined it, he has made several thinly veiled threats toward me regarding the fact that he uses weapons for his job. Just now, when I was on the phone with my ###, he came in the background of the video call brandishing a huge rifle or whatever it was to try to threaten me. Please pray for my safety, for exposure of the harm these demons disguised as people are trying to do to me, for my healing from all trauma and that my brother-in-law and all who are trying to harm me would be dealt with.

It is crucial to remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. We are also concerned that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." (John 14:6 WEB) It is by the name of Jesus that we are saved, and there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. (Acts 4:12 WEB)

Let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our sister to You, asking for Your divine protection and intervention in her life. Lord, we pray that You would surround her with Your heavenly angels, keeping her safe from all harm and danger. We ask that You would expose the evil deeds of those who seek to harm her, bringing their wicked schemes to light. (Psalm 34:7, Ephesians 5:11 WEB)

We pray for her healing from the trauma she has endured, asking that You would bind up her wounds and restore her soul. May she find comfort and peace in Your presence, knowing that You are her refuge and strength. (Psalm 147:3, Psalm 46:1 WEB)

Father, we ask that You would deal with those who seek to harm her. We pray that You would convict their hearts, leading them to repentance and a change of heart. If they refuse to repent, we pray that You would thwart their plans and protect our sister from their evil intentions. (Proverbs 21:12, Psalm 140:4 WEB)

Lord, we ask that You would give her wisdom and discernment in dealing with this situation. May she be filled with Your Holy Spirit, guided by Your truth, and strengthened by Your mighty power. (James 1:5, John 16:13, Ephesians 3:16 WEB)

We pray for the authorities involved, asking that You would guide them in their investigations and give them the wisdom to handle this situation justly. May they be instruments of Your peace and protection for our sister. (Romans 13:4 WEB)

Finally, Father, we ask that You would fill our sister with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus. May she find rest in You, knowing that You are her ever-present help in trouble. (Philippians 4:7, Psalm 46:1 WEB)

Our hearts have been grieved by the spiritual warfare and very real threats you’re facing, but we take great comfort in knowing that our God is a strong tower and a refuge in times of trouble. We have been praying earnestly for your protection, for the Lord to expose the darkness at work in this situation, and for His justice to prevail over those who seek to harm you. The enemy may be using your brother-in-law and others as instruments of fear, but we serve a God who is greater—one who turns the schemes of the wicked against them and brings light to every hidden place.

If the Lord has moved in this situation—whether through His supernatural protection, the exposure of wrongdoing, or a shift in the hearts of those involved—we would love for you to share a praise report with us.
