Father, we thank You for these who've been praying for grace to witness in the face of trials and opposition, (1 Thes 2:1-13, Whole Book of Acts, Rev 1:1-22:21). We thank You for wide doors for effective service being opened despite adversaries, 1 Cor16:9, for divine appointments with housemates, in shopping centers, in cell groups, cell blocks, in churches, street corners, restaurants, with fathers, mothers, stepmothers, children, family, friends, enemies, wherever the Spirit blows, Jn 3:8, Give us what to say and HOW to say it, Jn 12:49.

Your arm is NOT too short that it cannot save, Isa 59:1, Numbers 11:23. Remind ALL that have ever heard, especially recently (and remind us, kindly) of our humanity, sin, the gospel of free grace by the bloody death of Jesus on the cross for our sakes, His death for payment of sin, Rom 5:23, with analogies of bills being paid, therefore nothing owed, it is finished, Jn 19:30, His resurrection, His appearing to many witnesses, His ascension, and sending of The Holy Spirit, Acts 2:32-33, and the correct response of repentance and continued discipleship in Your Word, Jn 8:31-32.

This Jesus who was sinless BECAME sin for us, 2 Cor 5:21 (was judged to death as The Lamb, Jn 1:29, to break the curse of sin, Gen 2:17, John 11:50-51, Gal 3:13-14) so we could be made the righteousness of God on His behalf, as His ambassadors, 2 Cor 5:20, through the Word of reconciliation He's committed to us, 2 Cor 5:19.

Thank You for those who've heard, we've prayed with and for, and WE trust YOU Holy Spirit to continue to do His work until the day of Christ Jesus, Phil 1:6. Keep them and us all from the evil one, Jn 17:15, who attempts to snatch away the seed of the Word, Mk 4:14-15. May prayers render him as being bound, and having his goods plundered, Mk 3:27, as the late evangelist said, "we plunder hell to populate heaven."

Water the seed of the word and let them grow, provide more chances to share and grant us all full faith and repentance, turning from all sin with grief and hatred of it, wholly endeavoring to new obedience, trusting Jesus who has become for us wisdom, righteousness, continued sanctification, and redemption, 1 Cor 1:30. We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of gratitude for the wisdom and power of God revealed in the preaching of the cross, a message that the world calls foolish but is the very power of God unto salvation for all who believe. We rejoice in the truth that faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God, and that salvation is the free gift of God, not of works, lest any man should boast. It is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone that we are saved, and we lift up those who are faithfully sowing the seeds of the gospel in every place the Spirit leads, whether in homes, streets, prisons, or marketplaces.

Father, we thank You for opening wide doors for effective service, even in the face of adversaries. We ask that You would grant wisdom and boldness to those sharing the gospel, that they may speak Your word with clarity and conviction. Remind us all, those who share and those who hear, that the arm of the Lord is not too short to save. The gospel is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, for in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith. We pray that You would stir spiritual hunger in the hearts of those who hear, that they may crave the pure milk of Your word and grow thereby.

We declare that Jesus Christ, who knew no sin, became sin for us on the cross, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. He bore our sins in His body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, might live unto righteousness. We thank You for the gift of repentance, which leads to life, and we pray that all who hear the gospel would turn from their sins with godly sorrow, embracing Jesus as their wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, and redemption. May they walk in newness of life, no longer slaves to sin but servants of righteousness.

Holy Spirit, we trust You to complete the good work You have begun in every heart that has heard the word. Protect them from the evil one, who seeks to snatch away the seed of truth before it can take root. We stand against the schemes of the devil, declaring that he is bound and his goods plundered as the gospel advances. Water the seeds that have been planted, Lord, and cause them to grow. Grant more opportunities for the gospel to be shared, and let Your word not return void but accomplish the purpose for which You sent it.

We also lift up those who are sharing the gospel in the face of trials and opposition. Strengthen them, Lord, and remind them that they are not alone. Fill them with Your Spirit, that they may speak with boldness and wisdom, knowing that it is not by might nor by power, but by Your Spirit that the work is done. May they find encouragement in the truth that their labor in the Lord is not in vain.

Father, we thank You for the promise of angelic protection, that You give Your angels charge over us to keep us in all our ways. We trust in Your unfailing love and power to guard those who put their trust in You. May all who hear the gospel come to behold the salvation of the Lord, and may we all continue to grow in the knowledge and grace of our Lord Jesus Christ until the day of His return.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, who has overcome the world and through whom we have access to the Father. May Your kingdom come and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Amen.

We’ve been praying your words right along with you, and we’re genuinely encouraged by the heart behind them. There’s something steadying about seeing a brother or sister so anchored in what God alone can do, opening eyes, guarding the seed, giving the growth, and yet still pressing in with such open hands. We don’t take that for granted.

The list of divine appointments you named, housemates, shopping centers, cell blocks, family, strangers, reminds us that the Spirit doesn’t clock out. He’s already moving where we can’t see. We can rest in that even as we ask for more boldness and the right words. And when our own sense of urgency starts to carry the weight, it helps to remember that we’re simply joining a work that Jesus already finished. He’s not pacing heaven worrying about outcomes. That frees us to be faithful rather than frantic.

We think of the people you’ve prayed with and for already. Some of them may feel far off right now. We’re asking with you that no enemy voice snatches what was planted, and that the Spirit keeps nudging them with that unexplainable hunger that only the gospel satisfies. That’s not a small prayer, it’s the kind of thing that reshapes a life before the person even realizes what’s happening.

Jesus, we thank You for the cross, for finished work, for the foolish plan that saves people like us. We lift up every person who has heard the gospel through these prayers, keep the seed alive in them. Guard them from the evil one. Give us and our fellow intercessors a growing trust in Your power, not our own skill. And for the ones this writer will meet today or next week, grant the right words and the right silence, the courage to speak and the wisdom to listen. We ask for a harvest that only You can bring, for Your glory alone. Amen.

The Word of God is a sword, and it is time for that sword to be drawn from its scabbard and wielded against the powers of darkness. You plead for the seed to be watered and guarded from the evil one who snatches it away, mark this well, the very instrument that scatters the seed is also the blade that defends it. There is no sin-killer like the Word of God; wherever it comes, it inflicts death upon evil. The evil thief cannot endure its edge. We must unsheathe this sword in our witness, in our prayers, and in our own souls, for the Word made flesh and the Word uttered by inspiration are joined together.

The prayer rises for boldness amidst opposition, for open doors in the face of adversaries. Let this be your confidence: it is the Word of God, not the word of man. If it were man’s word, let him spread it as he can; we are not concerned to help him. But seeing that God's Word has come to you with power and has saved you from all evil, you must sound it abroad. Bells, organ, voices, everything yields before one clear blast of trumpet music! So will it be with the Gospel. Only sound it out as God's own Word, and let the power of the Holy Spirit go with it, and it will drown all music but its own. Your converts, your changed lives, are the best sounding-board.

Yet tremble as you sound it out. The glorious Jehovah speaks of those contrite ones who tremble at His Word. It is ill with a man’s soul when he can treat the Word of the Lord with lightness. But watch that trembling one, whose only hope is in Christ, whose only strength is in the Lord, he shall be sustained. The one who never pounces upon a privilege as if it were his by right of merit, but humbly accepts it as a gift to the unworthy, he is the man that shall stand in the evil day.

When you ask for divine appointments and the Spirit to give you what to say, remember that you cannot witness if you do not partake. Can you go and talk to others about the bitterness of sin when you have never wept over it yourself? Oh, to be sacrificed unto God and His Word to be the sacrificial knife! Pray that the Word be put to the throat of every sinful tendency in your own heart first, and then you will be a partaking witness. You ask to plunder the strong man’s house; you must first bind him with the cords of holy testimony.

The burden of the Word of the Lord is heavy when it is received with forgetfulness or scorn, but when it is received rightly, then are we in the seventh heaven. Trust the Holy Spirit for this. You have never heard a living, quickening word from the lips of a man alone, it must come from God Himself. He can kill and cure by the same Word. And if you are cast down because some seem to reject the seed, be very bold and remember this prophecy: "I was found by those who did not seek Me." The arm of the Lord is not shortened. The Word of the Lord is a manifestation of God; by it He works in the new creation even as He did in the old.

Finally, let no condemnation silence your boldness. Who is he that condemns? Christ has died, yes rather, is risen again. It is He who was anointed to suffer in the place of His people. You may gather all your good works and bad works together and fling them all overboard, and cling only to this: the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life. There is life in a look at the Crucified One. Go forth, then, as a faith-witness, a testifying witness, and a partaker, and may the Word of the Lord sound out from you so clearly that we need not to speak anything.

You pray for boldness to open your mouth and speak the mystery of the gospel. This is the very mark of a soul that has tasted the powers of the age to come. For the cross seems foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. Why then should we be ashamed? To be bound for Christ is no shame; shame belongs to him who betrays the truth for fear of chains. When the gospel is preached with all boldness, whether by life or by death, Christ is magnified. So let no adversary hold you back. The seed you scatter in prayer and in the hearing of the word is not your own. God supplies it, and God will multiply it. Do not sit idle as though harvest had already come. This present time is the season for scattering. The sower goes out to sow; only a fool would try to reap at seedtime. Sow then with both hands, and let no grain stay hidden in your storehouse. Give it away freely in the hearing of housemates, in marketplaces, on street corners, wherever the Spirit blows. The more you scatter, the richer the harvest you will gather on that Day.

And what of the enemy you mention, the thief who snatches the word from hearts? Bind him by your prayers, for prayer is a chain that ties the hands of the wicked one. When you pray with perseverance, you plunder his house. Is it not a glorious plunder to see souls rescued from his tyranny and brought into the liberty of the sons of God? Yet know this: some will stumble at the stone. The gospel is a witness to all nations, and the unbelief of many will become their own condemnation. But do not let that chill your love or silence your tongue. The word is not preached only that all may believe, but that God’s patience may be displayed and His righteousness declared. For those who reject it, their own hardness will accuse them at the last. For you, though, the message is life from the dead.

You have spoken rightly of the resurrection. If Christ has not been raised, then we apostles are false witnesses and your faith is vain. If in this life only we have hoped in Christ, we are of all men most pitiable. But now Christ is risen, the firstfruits of those who sleep. Therefore your labor is not empty; your boldness is not wasted. The mouth that confesses Him now will be filled with praise when mortality is swallowed up by life.

Keep asking, then, for utterance. Pray at all seasons in the Spirit, watching with all perseverance. Your desire for angelic protection and growth in grace is good, but remember: the angels themselves marvel when a mortal tongue speaks the unsearchable riches of Christ. They stand ready to guard those who carry such treasure in earthen vessels.

So go forth. Water the seed you have planted with love and with tears, and leave the increase to God. He who called you is faithful, and He will do it. The time is short. Sow abundantly, speak boldly, and fear nothing. The Lord Jesus Himself is with you, even to the end of the age.

Your prayer rises like incense before the throne, woven with the very words of Scripture. Thank you for letting the church hear what the Spirit is stirring in you. The heart that cries out for the foolishness of the cross to be displayed as the power and wisdom of God is a heart aligned with heaven. That message, Christ crucified for sinners, raised for our justification, remains the unshakeable center. Faith does come by hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ, so you are right to ask for open doors and boldness to speak, no matter the setting. Whether in a living room or on a street corner, the Spirit blows where He wills, and He is faithful to give the very words.

Jesus is the faithful witness, the One who reveals exactly what the Father is like. And this faithful witness became sin for us, taking the judgment we deserved, so that we could become the righteousness of God in Him. That is the great exchange. The debt is paid. It is finished. Every time that gospel seed is scattered, some falls on good soil and bears fruit. We do not control the outcome; we simply sow and water, and God gives the growth. So your prayer for spiritual hunger and for protection from the thief who snatches the word is exactly right. The evil one is real, but the Lord has bound the strong man, and we plunder his house every time a soul is rescued from darkness.

Your request for angelic guarding and shelter under the Most High echoes the promise that the sealed ones are kept. Do you remember how God made a distinction when the plagues fell on Egypt? His people were not touched by the judgments. The same hand that will one day pour out wrath on a rebellious world is the hand that holds His own secure. Even when facing trials or opposition, the church is not abandoned. We are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. Suffering may come, some are called to endure as faithful witnesses even unto death, but for the believer, death itself is a release into life. Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints. And until that day, we have an open door set before us that no one can shut.

You mentioned the arm of the Lord not being too short to save. That is our confidence. The gulf between a holy God and sinful man was bridged by one mediator, the man Christ Jesus. There is no other name, no other way. So we keep praying for repentance and full faith, for hatred of sin and new obedience, knowing that every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. Better to bend the knee now in joyful surrender than on that day when the confession will be wrung out in judgment.

While we wait for the culmination, we are called to be salt and light, a preserving influence in a world that celebrates evil. Your prayer for housemates and strangers, family and enemies, reflects the very mission of the Spirit. Keep asking the Lord to water the seed of the word in those hearts. Keep trusting that He who began a good work will carry it on to completion. The Lamb who was slain has purchased people from every tribe and tongue, and He will not lose one of them.

The vision of the glorified Christ in Revelation assures us that the future belongs to Him. Though the earth shakes and darkness seems to deepen, the temple of God is filled with the smoke of His glory, and the redeemed will stand before the throne. There we will receive a new name, known only to the one who receives it, and we will eat from the tree of life in the paradise of God. Until then, we are companions in the tribulation and patience and kingdom that are ours in Jesus.

What you have prayed in faith, believe that you have already received, for our God is not slack concerning His promises. His arm is strong, His word is living, and His Son is returning. Grace and peace to you as you walk in the light of these truths.
