First, we must address the foundation of our prayers, our access to God is only through Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can approach the Father. Jesus Himself said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6 WEB). If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust in Him as your Lord and Savior, for He alone can bring true peace and healing, both spiritually and physically.
Now, let us pray for your situation:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one who is enduring pain and frustration in their medical care. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we ask that You would guide the hands and minds of the doctors, providers, and insurance representatives involved. Touch this body with Your healing power, Lord. Bring relief from pain and restore full function to these areas. We declare that by Your stripes, this one is healed (Isaiah 53:5 WEB).

The arm, the shoulder, the knee, these are but the outer garments of the spirit, and behind every earthly healer stands One who never misreads our frame, who knows every sinew and every sorrow.
You have prayed, “Jesus, help.” That is a prayer which suits the moment and the hour, short, yet full of faith, for it casts the whole burden upon Him who is mighty to save. He hears the soul of it, not the length of it. The X-ray may not pierce the flesh aright, but His eye discerns the hidden things. He who healed the worst diseases, who dealt with special cases, can reach your need. He looks upon your trial not with the cold eye of a judge, but with the tender eye of a physician.
And do you not know that He prays for you? Before the temptation to fret or fear comes, He has already said, “I have prayed for you.” His intercession is prevalent, prevenient, and full of love.
