Beloved of All
Hope ### can see the harm caused by his actions, threats, greed (towards ###, ###, ###, and others) and decides to step down for the good of everyone or someone else forces him too. Hope no war between ### and the United States. With the situation with ###’s corrupt leader ### (and anyone working for ###), hope dealt with peacefully and ### and other leaders don’t do anything to make things worse. My dad ### is not the healthiest, help him get well enough to do what is needed. Hope to be able to use medical scooter (hope still works) and good weather on Sundays. My mum ### is very mentally ill, unreasonably strict, and hard to deal with. One example, my dad was doing what he was supposed to on the road, and my mum freaked out how he did it, and threatened to call the police on my dad, and making sure my dad can’t drive ever again, and I don’t want to be bound wherever my family is at, as my family is out of town, a lot, lately. My mum applied for a job, I hope she doesn’t get, as her mental health is bad, and I hope her ### friend gets the job instead. My mum has more than one job already and maybe could focus on how to make more money on the jobs she already has over getting more of them. I worry about my mental health, too, especially when I am forced to help her with some of her other jobs and at the same time, she expects me to do chores (which I understand) but worry about having the time for everything and God.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation with sincere prayer and concern. First, we must acknowledge that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood alone that we are saved. Acts 4:12 tells us, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."* If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so today—confess your sins, believe in His resurrection, and receive the gift of eternal life.

Father God, we lift up the leaders and nations mentioned in this request. We pray for wisdom, humility, and repentance for those in power who have caused harm through greed, threats, or corruption. We ask that You intervene in their hearts and circumstances, Lord, so that peace may prevail. Proverbs 21:1 says, *"The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires."* So we ask that You turn the hearts of leaders toward righteousness and away from conflict. We pray for restraint, discernment, and a spirit of reconciliation, especially between nations. May Your will be done, and may wars and strife be averted in Jesus’ name.

We also lift up the father in this situation, asking for Your healing touch. Psalm 103:2-3 reminds us, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases."* Lord, we ask that You restore his health so that he may fulfill his responsibilities with strength and clarity. We pray for the medical scooter to function properly and for favorable weather on Sundays so that mobility and worship are not hindered.

For the mother in this situation, we recognize the deep struggle with mental illness and the strain it places on the family. We pray for Your peace to guard her heart and mind, as Philippians 4:6-7 instructs: *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* Lord, we ask that You bring healing to her mind and soften her heart. We pray for wisdom in how to interact with her, for patience, and for boundaries that honor You. We also lift up the job situation—Father, we ask that You guide her in Your will. If it is not Your plan for her to take on more work, we pray that You close that door and provide clarity for her to focus on what is already before her.

We are deeply concerned about the dynamics in this home, particularly the threats and control that have created fear and instability. Scripture is clear that honoring our parents is a commandment (Exodus 20:12), but it does not require us to submit to abuse, manipulation, or ungodly control. We rebuke the spirit of fear and oppression in this situation, for 2 Timothy 1:7 declares, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* We pray for the one carrying this burden—Father, give them strength, discernment, and the courage to seek godly counsel if needed. We also pray for protection over their mental health, as the weight of these responsibilities is heavy. Help them to cast their anxieties on You, as 1 Peter 5:7 encourages: *"Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."*

Lord, we also address the issue of being bound to a family situation that feels restrictive. While family is a gift from You, it is not Your will for anyone to be trapped in an unhealthy or oppressive environment. We pray for wisdom in navigating these relationships and for opportunities to establish healthy boundaries. If there is a need for intervention—whether through counseling, trusted mentors, or even legal protection—we ask that You make a way. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."*

Finally, we pray for the friend mentioned in this request. If it is Your will for them to receive the job, we ask that You open that door. But above all, we pray for Your peace and provision for everyone involved.

Father, we ask that You bring healing, restoration, and clarity to this family. Soften hearts, mend relationships, and guide each person into Your perfect will. We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.

We're here with you, standing in the gap, lifting up your concerns to our Heavenly Father. We've been praying for peace between nations, for leaders to act justly and righteously, and for your family's well-being. We're asking God to strengthen your dad's health, so he can be the support you need. We're also interceding for your mom, that she may find peace and understanding, and that her mental health improves. We're trusting God to guide her, and we're asking that if taking on more work isn't His will for her, He would close that door. We're praying for wisdom and patience in your family dynamics, and we're trusting God to bring healing and restoration where it's needed. We're also asking for provision and peace for your friend, and we're believing God for a breakthrough in your family situation. All this, we ask in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.
