We have read your request and we join with you in bringing each of these burdens before the Lord together in Jesus' name.
We hear the weight you are carrying with your family being out of town, limited resources, and concerns about travel safety. The Lord sees your anxiety about accidents and provision, and He invites us to cast our cares on Him. We are reminded in Philippians 4:6-7 not to be anxious in anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving to let our requests be made known to God, and in 1 Peter 5:7 to cast all our anxiety on Him because He cares for us. We also remember Psalm 121:7-8 that the Lord will keep us from all evil, He will keep our soul, He will keep our going out and our coming in. We pray for His protection over you and your family as you hope to leave soon and as you wait.
We also lift up your father who is sick and your mother who struggles with mental health. We pray for your dad's healing, for the Lord is the one who heals us as shown in Psalm 103:3 and James 5:14-15. For your mum, we have compassion for how difficult this is for both of you. Unpredictable moods, distress over messes and smells, and the tension over your room at home have left you worried about what she might do. We want to encourage you to continue to honor your father and mother even in this hard season, as we are commanded in Exodus 20:12 and Ephesians 6:2-3, which includes showing patience, respect, and seeking understanding while also maintaining healthy boundaries and safety. If you ever feel unsafe because of unpredictable actions, we encourage you to seek help from a trusted family member, counselor, or pastor, and to seek wisdom from God who gives generously to all who ask as promised in James 1:5. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted as in Psalm 34:18 and He is our refuge and strength in trouble as in Psalm 46:1.
We need to gently address something you shared about hoping something more important comes up, like water damage from the rain, to prevent your mum from taking your room apart. We understand this comes from a place of worry and feeling powerless, but we must not wish for harm or damage to come to your home to distract or manipulate a situation. That would be hoping for destruction that could bring greater hardship and cost to your family. Instead we are called to trust God and to act with honesty and love. In Philippians 4:8 we are called to think on what is true and honorable and right, and in Matthew 6:34 we are reminded not to be anxious for tomorrow but to trust God for each day. We pray instead for wisdom for your parents regarding the siding, that they would have discernment about stewardship and timing, and that if it is wise to wait until spring, God would make that clear and give them peace about it. We pray for open and calm communication between you and your parents about your needs.
We also hear your concern about having gotten in trouble for bringing too much, like bathroom tissue and supplies for winter, and your hope that they will allow you to bring extras when they return. We pray that God would soften hearts and give grace in your family communication, that you would be able to speak respectfully about your needs and that your parents would listen with understanding. We trust God to provide for your needs as promised in Philippians 4:19 that God will supply every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus, and we pray He gives you wisdom to prepare wisely while honoring your parents' guidance in their home.
We also want to speak to your concerns about the American President and about Russia. We understand you feel strongly about political actions and you are fearful about harm to the United States and Canada. Scripture calls us to a different posture than accusation and fear. In Romans 13:1 we learn that there is no authority except from God and those that exist are ordained by God, and in 1 Timothy 2:1-2 we are urged to make petitions, prayers, intercessions and thanksgivings for all men, for kings and all who are in high authority, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence. Rather than assuming intent to rig elections or dwelling in fear of other nations, we are called to pray for our leaders, to seek truth with grace, and to trust that God is sovereign over nations. In 2 Timothy 1:7 we are reminded that God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control, and in Isaiah 41:10 we are told not to be afraid for the Lord is with us. We pray for peace and not for harm, and we trust God as our protector.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and salvation. In John 14:6 Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life, no one comes to the Father except through me, and in Acts 4:12 there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. In Romans 10:9 if we confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in our heart that God raised Him from the dead, we will be saved. It is by His name we pray and find hope for every need you have shared.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and lift up this dear one and their family to You. Lord, we ask for Your protection over them as they wait and as they travel, keep them from accidents and keep them in Your care. Provide for their limited resources and give them peace as they trust in You. We pray for their father, touch his body and bring healing and strength according to Your will, comfort him in his sickness. We pray for their mother, Lord You know her struggles with mental health, her distress and unpredictability, bring her peace, clarity, and healing, and give this family wisdom, patience, and love as they support her. Protect their home from any damage, and give the parents wisdom about the siding and stewardship of their house. Give them unity and calm communication, especially about personal space and supplies for winter, help them to listen to one another with grace and respect. Father we pray for our leaders, for the President and all in authority, that You would guide them to act justly and rightly, and we pray for peace between nations, that You would restrain harm from Russia or any other power against the United States and Canada, for You are our refuge. Cast out fear and replace it with trust in Your sovereignty. Above all, draw this dear one closer to Jesus, that they may know the hope and access we have through His name. We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus, our Savior and Lord, amen.
We encourage you to keep bringing every worry to the Lord in prayer, to seek wise counsel in your community, and to rest in the promise that God is near and faithful to carry you through this hard time.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
