Disciple of Prayer
Dear heavenly father above,
I have a very urgent prayer concerning me and the person that I love. The man that I'm in love with. We are both young and have known each other since we were teenagers of 18 and 19 years old. We have known each other for 7 years. Our love is a powerful amazing love, I would call it true love. This year we have had challenges like we have never had them before and have both struggled to overcome our insecurities. I just want to pray that our relationship can become strong again and that we can rebuild our trust in one another and it can become even stronger, we can open up to one another and that we can overcome the barriers that are in front of us and break through our issues as a team.
May our love reach us deeply and unite us again.
This is urgent because very soon in a matter of days he is leaving and moving overseas and we really need a chance to talk face to face and say goodbye. We may never see each other again. So please I pray, and ask that you pray for us that we will get this chance, that we will see each other again and talk and if it's possible build hope for a future together.
I pray that we meet once more and talk.
I trust in you God and I pray these people know I am praying truly from my heart, and my faith in you and this beautiful love you have blessed me with.
Love is patient,
Love is kind,
It does not envy,
It does not boast, it is not proud.
It is not rude, it is not self seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
Love never fails...
and now these things remain: faith, hope and love.
But the greatest of these is love.
