Give them wisdom in how to proceed, whether through legal means or other avenues, and surround them with godly counsel. Lord, we ask that You would draw this landlord closer to You, that he may experience the fullness of Your grace and turn from any sin that is hindering his walk with You. May he be a vessel of Your love and righteousness, not only in this situation but in all areas of his life.
