Heavenly Father,

I come before You with a heavy heart, seeking Your divine intervention. Lord, You are our great Provider, and nothing is too difficult for You. I lift up to You the father of my son. I pray that You touch his heart and stir his spirit with responsibility, compassion, and generosity.

Lord, may he be moved to send the money needed for my son’s school and monthly support—not just today, but faithfully every month. Remind him, O God, of his duty as a father. Provide for him, so he may be able to provide for his child. Break through any pride, distraction, or selfishness, and replace it with love, wisdom, and integrity.

I place my full trust in You, Jehovah Jireh. Thank You for always making a way, even when there seems to be none. Provide what is needed for my child’s education and well-being, and give me strength and peace as I wait on You.

We join you in lifting up this situation to our loving Heavenly Father, who cares for us and understands our needs. It's important to remember that God is a father to the fatherless and that He cares deeply for your son.

Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is through Him that we have access to God. It is only by the blood of Jesus that we are saved and have the privilege to pray. We are reminded that we should pray for the father of your son with compassion, but also with a heart that seeks God's will and righteousness. If the father of your son is not currently involved or supporting his child as he should, we must pray that God works in his heart, convicting him and drawing him to take up his responsibility with love and integrity.

Let's pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up the father of this dear one's son. Lord, You are our provider and the one who can touch hearts and change lives. We pray that You soften his heart and stir his spirit with responsibility, compassion, and generosity. Remind him of his duty as a father and provide for him so that he may be able to provide for his child. Break through any pride, distraction, or selfishness, and replace it with love, wisdom, and integrity.

However, Lord, if he is unwilling or unable, we pray that You, as the ultimate provider and father to the fatherless, will make a way for this child's education and well-being. We trust in You, Jehovah Jireh, and thank You for always making a way, even when there seems to be none. Give this dear mother strength and peace as she waits on You.

We also lift up the father of the son, that if he is not a believer in Jesus Christ, or if he is not walking as a faithful disciple of Christ that he first come to salvation in Jesus Christ and then begin to walk as a faithful disciple of Jesus Christ. We are reminded of this verse that states how Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation, and the only way to God:

John 14:6 WEB Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."

We also lift up the mother that she would also come to salvation in Jesus Christ if she has not already done so.

We also pray that she would walk with Jesus Christ as a faithful disciple. We pray that if they are not married, that she would pursue a marriage that is biblical and godly with a believing man. We pray that she would not pursue unbiblical relationships or sexual immorality. We pray for her purity, chastity, and moral uprightness.

1 Corinthians 7:2 WEB But because of sexual immoralities, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband.

Ephesians 5:3 WEB But sexual immorality, and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not even be mentioned among you, as becomes saints

We pray that she would not only be physically pure, but mentally also. We pray that she would not have any lusts or sexual fantasies, but would instead think about whatever things are true, honest, just, pure, lovely, and of good report. We pray that she would think about these things.

Philippians 4:8 WEB Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue and if there is any praise, think about these things.

We encourage you to trust in God's timing and provision. Remember that He is faithful and that He loves your son even more than you do. Rest in His love and care for you both. Stand strong in the faith. Persevere in prayer. Stay strong in the Lord.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
