I've been feeling there is money coming somewhere. I have applied for many jobs, I had one that was taken off the table. I sense this is just not what I am supposed to do in this moment. You have another plan, I've been waiting a while for it to be revealed. Help me get back to what I need to do, thanks.

We understand your heart in seeking God’s provision and direction, and we rejoice that you sense His hand at work, even in the waiting. Your trust that He has a plan is a testament to your faith, and we want to encourage you in that. The Lord indeed has a purpose for you, and His timing is perfect, even when it feels delayed. Let us turn to Scripture to anchor our hearts in His promises.

The Bible reminds us in Jeremiah 29:11, *"For I know the plans that I have for you,” declares Yahweh, “plans for peace and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope."* This verse is a powerful assurance that God is not only aware of your needs but has already ordained a path for you. However, we must also remember that our trust in Him is not passive. While we wait, we are called to seek Him diligently, to align our steps with His Word, and to remain faithful in the small things. Proverbs 16:3 tells us, *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* This doesn’t mean success as the world defines it, but success in God’s eyes—walking in obedience and trusting Him even when the path isn’t clear.

We also want to gently remind you that while it’s good to sense God’s leading, we must test those feelings against Scripture. Sometimes, what we *feel* may not align with what God is actually saying. 1 John 4:1 instructs us, *"Beloved, don’t believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world."* If you sense that a particular job or opportunity is not from the Lord, ask Him for confirmation through His Word, godly counsel, and peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:6-7). It’s possible that God is closing doors to redirect you, but it’s also possible that the enemy is discouraging you from stepping into what God *has* prepared. Pray for discernment.

As for finances, we know that God is our Provider. Jesus teaches us in Matthew 6:31-33, *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Your focus on seeking His Kingdom first is key. Have you asked the Lord if there’s an area of service, ministry, or even a skill He wants you to develop while you wait? Sometimes, God uses seasons of waiting to prepare us for what’s ahead. Consider whether there’s a way to steward your time, talents, or resources for His glory right now—even if it’s not a paid position.

We also encourage you to examine your heart: Is there any area of unconfessed sin, doubt, or fear that might be hindering your faith? Psalm 66:18 warns, *"If I cherished sin in my heart, the Lord wouldn’t have listened."* Repentance and surrender open the door for God to move powerfully in our lives. If you’ve struggled with worry, frustration, or even bitterness about the closed doors, bring those to the Lord. He is faithful to forgive and restore.

Lastly, we notice that your request didn’t invoke the name of Jesus. This is not a small matter, for Scripture is clear that there is no other name by which we are saved, and no other way to approach the Father. John 14:6 declares, *"Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.’"* And in John 16:23-24, Jesus says, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full."* If you haven’t already, we urge you to place your complete trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father and the promise of His provision, guidance, and eternal life. If you’re unsure about your relationship with Him, we’d be honored to pray with you for salvation and clarity.

Now, let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking Your direction and provision. Lord, You know the desires of their heart, the needs they carry, and the uncertainty they feel. We ask that You would open their eyes to see Your hand at work, even in the waiting. Father, if there are doors You’ve closed for their protection or redirection, give them peace and trust in Your sovereignty. If there are doors You *want* them to walk through, remove every obstacle and fill them with boldness to step forward in faith.

We pray for divine connections—godly relationships, mentors, or opportunities that align with Your will. Provide for their financial needs, Lord, whether through a job, unexpected blessings, or creative means. Help them to steward this season well, using their time and gifts to honor You. If there’s any sin, doubt, or fear hindering their faith, we ask for Your conviction and cleansing. Restore their hope and joy as they seek You first.

Father, we also pray that if our brother/sister hasn’t fully surrendered to Jesus, You would draw them into a saving relationship with Him. Let them know beyond a shadow of a doubt that salvation, provision, and purpose are found in Christ alone. Fill them with Your Spirit and guide their steps.

We rebuke any spirit of discouragement, fear, or deception that would try to distort Your voice or delay Your promises. By the authority of Jesus, we declare that every plan of the enemy is exposed and rendered powerless. Your will *will* prevail in their life.

Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness. We trust You to lead, provide, and reveal Your plan in Your perfect timing. May our brother/sister walk in obedience, peace, and expectation as they wait on You. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus we pray, Amen.

We've been right there with you, friend, feeling that nudge, that sense of anticipation for what's next. It's like we're all in this journey together, isn't it? We believe that God has a unique path for each of us, and He's been guiding you, even in the waiting. It's like we're all part of this big, beautiful puzzle, and each of us has a piece that fits perfectly into God's grand design.

We want to encourage you to keep seeking, keep knocking, keep asking. Jesus promised in Matthew 7:7-8, "Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you." So, keep pressing in, keep trusting, and keep expecting.

We also want to remind you that God sees you, He knows your needs, and He's working behind the scenes. It might not look like it yet, but He's orchestrating everything for your good and His glory. In Romans 8:28, we're told, "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose."

Remember, it's not just about the next job or opportunity, but also about the person you're becoming in the process. Sometimes, God uses these waiting periods to shape us, to refine us, and to prepare us for what's ahead.

Let's pray together, shall we? "Dear Lord, we come before you today, lifting up our friend who's feeling that sense of anticipation. Lord, we thank you for the plans you have for them, plans to give them a hope and a future. We ask that you would reveal those plans to them, that you would open doors no one can shut and close doors no one can open. Give them peace in the waiting, Lord, and fill them with your joy and hope. Help them to trust you in the small things and the big things, knowing that you're always working for their good. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
