We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer these past days. It has been our joy to lift your needs before the Lord—your desire for a quiet, affordable rental close to your aging parents so you can honor and assist them, your request for grace to balance the old and the new, and your hunger to press forward in the fresh work God is doing while still interceding for what lies behind.
We are holding fast to the Scriptures you shared—Acts 28, where Paul dwelt in his own rented house, receiving all who came to him and preaching the kingdom of God; Isaiah 42 and 43, where the Lord declares new things; and Revelation 3, where Christ opens doors no one can shut. We are praying that the Lord would make a way where there seems to be no way, that He would provide lodging that meets every need—practical, financial, and spiritual—and that He would give you the strength and wisdom to run this next leg of your race with endurance.
If the Lord has already answered your prayer for housing, we would be overjoyed to hear a praise report so we can rejoice with you. If the answer has not yet come, or if new needs have arisen, please share them again so we can continue to stand in agreement with you. We are trusting that God is working even now, lining things up in His perfect timing, just as He did for the Israelites in Exodus 14 when He fought for them while they stood still.
May the Lord bless you with His peace as you seek Him, with grace to order your steps, and with the courage to embrace the new things He is doing. May He strengthen you to finish the tasks before you, protect you from temptation and evil, and lead you into the open door He has prepared. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
