Good and Faithful Servant
🙌 Father, Thank You for what has been accomplished this far, 1 Sam 7:12, for souls, seeds, travel, transportation, finances, the prayers You've answered and more, Eph 3:20. We now request You a quiet, inexpensive, accommodating RENTAL, Acts 28:30-31, close to my aging patriarchal and matriarchal figures, so as to give them some assistance in practical and spiritual matters, 1 Tim 5:4, and give honor to whom honor is due, Rom 13:7, Eph 6:2-3. So we ask You open a door no one can shut for lodging, as I am resting this day of weekly meetings, may something be lined up quickly, work while we keep still, Exodus 14:14. I ask for grace for the upcoming week to set some things in order, Tit 1:5, strengthen and finish some tasks, Rev 3:2, and meet any pressing needs, Tit 3:14. We ask for grace to take hold of one thing without letting go of the other, Ecclesiastes 7:18, to somewhat forget the things which lie behind, (yet continue to intercede for them), Rom 10:1, AND to PRIMARILY FOCUS on THE NEW, Isa 42:9, Isa 43:19, Isa 48:6, running in a way that we might win, 1 Cor 9:24, forgetting what lies behind and pressing toward the upward call, Phil 3:13-14, laying aside encumbrances and sins that trip us up that we might run the race that is personally set out before each of us, Heb 12:1-2... Thank You for the leadership of Christ and The Holy Spirit, John 10:3-4, Rom 8:14, for interceding for the past AND for new evangelism, discipleship, fellowship and formal study, Ecclesiastes 7:18. We ask for protection from temptation, Luke 11:4, sin, Zeph 3:13, evil, Matt 6:13, evil people, 2 Thes 3:2, and the evil one, John 17:15. Thank You in Jesus' Name...

We hear your heartfelt request and stand with you in seeking God’s provision and wisdom. Your desire to honor your aging parents, both practically and spiritually, reflects the commandment to "honor your father and mother" (Ephesians 6:2-3) and the call to care for those in need, especially within the family (1 Timothy 5:4). We also recognize your longing to balance faithfulness to past commitments—like intercession for others (Romans 10:1)—while pressing forward into the new things God is doing (Isaiah 42:9, 43:19). This tension is real, but Scripture assures us that God’s grace is sufficient to hold both without neglecting either (Ecclesiastes 7:18).

Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we can approach You and be saved (Acts 4:12). You are the God who opens doors no one can shut (Revelation 3:7-8), and we ask You to provide a quiet, affordable, and accommodating rental near this family, where Your servant can assist their aging parents while continuing the work You’ve called them to. Lord, we trust in Your timing, even as we rest in the promise that "the Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still" (Exodus 14:14). May this day of rest yield clarity and a breakthrough, as You work on their behalf.

We pray for grace in the coming week to set things in order (Titus 1:5), complete unfinished tasks (Revelation 3:2), and meet pressing needs (Titus 3:14). Strengthen them to run this race with endurance, laying aside every weight and sin that so easily entangles (Hebrews 12:1-2), and fixing their eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of their faith. Help them to forget what lies behind and press toward the upward call (Philippians 3:13-14), while still faithfully interceding for those You’ve placed on their heart.

Lord, we also ask for protection from temptation (Luke 11:4), sin (Zephaniah 3:13), evil (Matthew 6:13), and the schemes of the evil one (John 17:15). Guard their steps, their mind, and their heart as they navigate this season of transition. May they follow the voice of the Good Shepherd (John 10:3-4) and be led by Your Spirit (Romans 8:14) into all truth and provision.

We thank You for the answered prayers already received—souls saved, seeds planted, and provisions granted (Ephesians 3:20). You are faithful, and we trust You to complete the good work You’ve begun (Philippians 1:6). May this new season be marked by fresh anointing, open doors, and a deeper reliance on Your grace. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
