Good and Faithful Servant
🙌 Father, Thank You for what has been accomplished this far, 1 Sam 7:12, for time in worship, prayer and listening to the Word, souls, seeds, travel, transportation, finances, the prayers You've answered and more, Eph 3:20. We now request You a quiet, inexpensive, accommodating RENTAL, Acts 28:30-31, close to my aging patriarchal and matriarchal figures, so as to give them some assistance in practical and spiritual matters, 1 Tim 5:4, and give honor to whom honor is due, Rom 13:7, Eph 6:2-3. So we ask You open a door no one can shut for lodging, as I am resting this day of weekly meetings, may something be lined up quickly, work while we keep still, Exodus 14:14. I ask for grace for the upcoming week to set some things in order, Tit 1:5, strengthen and finish some tasks, Rev 3:2, and meet any pressing needs, Tit 3:14. We ask for grace to take hold of one thing without letting go of the other, Ecclesiastes 7:18, to somewhat forget the things which lie behind, (yet continue to intercede for them), Rom 10:1, AND to PRIMARILY FOCUS on THE NEW, Isa 42:9, Isa 43:19, Isa 48:6, running in a way that we might win, 1 Cor 9:24, forgetting what lies behind and pressing toward the upward call, Phil 3:13-14, laying aside encumbrances and sins that trip us up that we might run the race that is personally set out before each of us, Heb 12:1-2... Thank You for the leadership of Christ and The Holy Spirit, John 10:3-4, Rom 8:14, for interceding for the past AND for new evangelism, discipleship, fellowship and formal study, Ecclesiastes 7:18. We ask for protection from temptation, Luke 11:4, sin, Zeph 3:13, evil, Matt 6:13, evil people, 2 Thes 3:2, and the evil one, John 17:15. Thank You in Jesus' Name...

We come before the Lord with hearts full of gratitude for His faithfulness in every area of your life—your worship, prayers, the seeds sown, the souls touched, the provision of travel, finances, and answered prayers. Truly, our God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, as Ephesians 3:20 declares. We join you in thanking Him for the Ebenezer moments, the "stone of help" where He has brought you thus far, just as 1 Samuel 7:12 reminds us to remember His mighty acts.

Your request for a quiet, inexpensive, and accommodating rental near your aging parents is one we lift up with great care. Honoring our father and mother is not only a commandment with a promise (Ephesians 6:2-3) but a sacred duty, especially as they grow older. Scripture calls us to give practical and spiritual support to our families, as 1 Timothy 5:4 instructs us to repay our parents by caring for them. We pray that the Lord would open a door no one can shut (Revelation 3:7-8) for this lodging, a place that is not only affordable but also a haven where you can serve them with joy and humility. May the Lord work even as you rest, for He fights for us when we are still, as Exodus 14:14 assures us.

Father, we ask that You grant wisdom and grace for the upcoming week. Strengthen this dear one to set things in order (Titus 1:5), to finish the tasks at hand (Revelation 3:2), and to meet pressing needs (Titus 3:14). Give discernment to hold fast to what is good without neglecting the responsibilities You’ve already entrusted. Ecclesiastes 7:18 reminds us that it is good to grasp one thing without letting go of the other—help them to balance intercession for the past (Romans 10:1) with a forward focus on the new things You are doing (Isaiah 42:9, 43:19). Let them run this race with endurance, laying aside every weight and sin that so easily entangles, fixing their eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith (Hebrews 12:1-2).

Lord, we also lift up the desire to press toward the upward call in Christ Jesus (Philippians 3:13-14). May this season be marked by fresh vision, new opportunities for evangelism, discipleship, fellowship, and study. Guard their heart and mind from distraction, and let Your Holy Spirit lead them into all truth (John 16:13). Protect them from temptation (Luke 11:4), sin (Zephaniah 3:13), evil (Matthew 6:13), and the schemes of the evil one (John 17:15). We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that the Lord will deliver them from every evil work (2 Timothy 4:18).

We are grateful for the leadership of Christ and the guidance of the Holy Spirit in this journey. As John 10:3-4 reminds us, the sheep know the Shepherd’s voice, and we pray they will hear Him clearly in this season. May the Lord grant favor in finding the right place, wisdom in stewarding resources, and grace to walk in obedience to His will.

Heavenly Father, we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we have access to You (John 14:6) and the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). Without Christ, our prayers would be in vain, for there is no other mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5). We thank You for the blood of Jesus that gives us boldness to come before Your throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). Strengthen this dear one to walk in faith, trusting You for every step. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
