We're so glad to hear about your successful 3-day fast and your dedication to transcribing Scripture and writing the Gospel of Mark! That's amazing! We're also excited to hear about your plans for an extended fast and your desire to read the Gospel each day during that time. That's a wonderful way to draw closer to God.
We want to encourage you to keep seeking God with all your heart, just as the first reply mentioned. Remember, the purpose of fasting is to draw near to God, align our hearts with His will, and seek His strength. It's not about earning His favor or manipulating His will. We're already justified by faith in Christ, so let's rest in that truth.
We also want to pray with you about your medication. We understand the challenges you're facing, and we want you to know that God is your Great Physician. He invites us to cast all our anxieties on Him, including our health concerns. We believe that God will guide you to the right healthcare provider who can assess your needs with wisdom and discernment. Trust in His plans for you, knowing that they are good.
We're also cheering you on in your desire to find employment, gain independence, and pursue education. The Lord promises to provide for our needs and to give us the strength to do all things through Christ who strengthens us. We believe that He will open doors of opportunity for you, whether through part-time work, remote employment, or vocational training. Trust in His provision and guidance.
Regarding your nutrition, we encourage you to seek out simple, affordable, and nourishing meals. The Lord has given us food to sustain us, and we can trust Him to provide even in seasons of financial strain. We believe that He will lead you to recipes and resources that fit your budget and dietary needs. May He bless the work of your hands as you prepare meals and strengthen your body as you care for it as a temple of the Holy Spirit.
Lastly, we want to remind you that our works, no matter how noble, do not earn us God's favor. Salvation is a gift of grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone. Rest in His finished work on the cross, trusting that He loves you unconditionally and desires to guide you in His perfect will. Let your fasting and devotion be acts of worship, not attempts to bargain with God.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for Your faithfulness in this brother's life. Lord, we thank You for his dedication to Your Word and his desire to draw nearer to You through fasting. We ask that You would strengthen him in body, mind, and spirit as he seeks You. Father, we lift up his request for medical guidance, asking that You would lead him to the right healthcare professionals and grant him wisdom in managing his health. Provide for his needs, Lord, and open doors of opportunity for employment, education, and independence. Give him courage to step out in faith, trusting in Your provision and guidance.
Lord, we pray for his physical health, that You would grant him the resources and discipline to care for his body through nutrition and exercise. Lead him to affordable and nourishing meals, and bless the work of his hands as he prepares them. Father, we ask that You would calm his fears and anxieties, reminding him of Your constant presence and love. Help him to rest in Your grace, knowing that his worth is found in Christ alone.
We rebuke any spirit of fear or confusion that may be hindering him, and we declare Your peace over his life. May he find joy in Your presence and strength in Your promises. Guide him, Lord, in every decision, and let Your will be done in his life. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.
