Your situation reveals a deep and troubling spiritual battle, one that began with an unwise association—a past drug acquaintance. The Word of God warns us, *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness? Even something as seemingly small as purchasing face masks from this person has opened a door for demonic influence, and we must take this seriously. The enemy often uses our past connections, even those we think are harmless, to gain a foothold. We urge you to sever all ties with this individual and any other ungodly associations, for *"the sorrows of those who run after another god will multiply"* (Psalm 16:4, WEB).
You mentioned the demon’s words—*"you know what I’m saying?"*—and the perception of a soul inhabiting a family member. This is a lie from the pit of hell. The Bible is clear: *"the soul who sins, he shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son"* (Ezekiel 18:20, WEB). The dead do not linger, and spirits do not inhabit the living. What you are experiencing is demonic deception, designed to bring fear, confusion, and division. *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). Do not entertain these thoughts or give them any place in your mind. Instead, *"resist the devil, and he will flee from you"* (James 4:7, WEB).

Lord, we ask that You would cleanse this home and this family with the precious blood of Jesus. Let no demonic influence remain. We break every curse, every hex, every assignment of the enemy against this household, and we declare that *"no weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,"* says Yahweh (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). Father, we ask that You would seal every member of this family with Your Holy Spirit, protecting their minds, their bodies, and their spirits from all evil.
