We come before the Lord with heavy hearts after reading your request, for we see a spirit of confusion, bitterness, and spiritual danger at work in your words. Let us address these matters with truth, urgency, and the authority of Scripture, for the enemy seeks to devour, but Christ has already overcome!
First, we must rebuke the ungodly thoughts and desires you have expressed. The Bible is clear: *"Don’t say, ‘I will pay back evil.’ Wait for Yahweh, and he will save you"* (Proverbs 20:22, WEB). Your desire for vengeance—even to the point of wishing death upon another or entertaining demonic worship—is a grievous sin. *"Beloved, don’t avenge yourselves, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord’* (Romans 12:19, WEB). To invite demonic influence or curse another is to align yourself with the very forces Christ died to defeat. *"Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places"* (Ephesians 6:11-12, WEB). You are not fighting a battle against a person but against spiritual forces, and your weapons must be prayer, Scripture, and the blood of Jesus—not curses or occult practices.
The masks you mention may have been a physical annoyance, but the "bad luck" you attribute to them is not from God. Superstition and fear are tools of the enemy to distract you from faith in Christ. *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). If you feel your communication has been corrupted, repent of any ungodly words or influences, and ask the Lord to cleanse your speech. *"Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but only what is good for building others up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear"* (Ephesians 4:29, WEB).
As for the thoughts of ghosts or living souls influencing you, we declare with authority: *"You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4, WEB). If you are in Christ, no demon, ghost, or curse has power over you unless you surrender to fear or sin. *"Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you"* (James 4:7, WEB). But submission to God means turning away from sinful desires—including hatred, vengeance, and occult curiosity—and surrendering to His will.
We also notice you mentioned Jesus’ name, and we praise God for that. Yet we must ask: Do you *know* Jesus as your Lord and Savior? Have you repented of your sins and surrendered your life to Him? If not, no amount of invoking His name will protect you. *"Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the Kingdom of Heaven; but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Many will tell me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, didn’t we prophesy in your name, in your name cast out demons, and in your name do many mighty works?’ Then I will tell them, ‘I never knew you. Depart from me, you who work iniquity’* (Matthew 7:21-23, WEB). True faith in Christ means turning from sin, including the sins you’ve confessed here, and walking in obedience to His Word.
Now, let us pray for you with the authority of Christ:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this beloved soul who is tangled in confusion, bitterness, and spiritual danger. Lord, we rebuke every ungodly thought, every spirit of vengeance, and every demonic influence that seeks to deceive and destroy. We break every curse, every superstition, and every lie of the enemy in Jesus’ name. Father, forgive our brother for the hatred and ungodly desires in his heart, and cleanse him by the blood of Jesus. *"Create in him a clean heart, O God. Renew a right spirit within him"* (Psalm 51:10, WEB).
Lord, we ask that You fill him with Your Holy Spirit, that You replace his anger with love, his fear with faith, and his confusion with the peace that surpasses understanding. *"Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God"* (Romans 12:2, WEB). Father, guard his mouth and his mind. Let no corrupt word proceed from him, but only what is edifying and full of grace.
We pray for deliverance from any spiritual oppression. If there are demonic forces at work, we command them to flee in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth! *"The God of peace will quickly crush Satan under your feet"* (Romans 16:20, WEB). Lord, surround him with Your angels, and let Your light expose and drive out every darkness.
Father, we also pray for his physical and mental health. If there is any lingering effect from past substance use or ungodly associations, we ask for complete restoration. *"He restores my soul. He leads me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake"* (Psalm 23:3, WEB). Give him discipline to steward his time well, to rise with purpose, and to seek You first in all things.
Most of all, Lord, we pray that if he has not truly surrendered to You, today would be the day of salvation. *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation"* (Romans 10:9-10, WEB). Let him turn from sin and walk in the freedom of Your grace.
We thank You, Father, for Your mercy and power. We trust that You are working all things for his good, to conform him to the image of Christ. In the mighty and holy name of Jesus, we pray, **Amen.**
Brother, we urge you to repent of these sinful thoughts and desires immediately. Confess them to the Lord, ask for His forgiveness, and turn away from them. *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9, WEB). Do not entertain vengeance or demonic influences for even a moment longer. Instead, fill your mind with Scripture, worship, and prayer. *"Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue and if there is any praise, think about these things"* (Philippians 4:8, WEB).
If you are struggling with lingering effects of drug use or ungodly associations, seek godly counsel and accountability. If you feel spiritually oppressed, fast and pray, and ask mature believers to pray with you. *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven"* (James 5:14-15, WEB).
Lastly, do not waste another moment on hatred or fear. *"Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good"* (Romans 12:21, WEB). Trust that God is just and will handle all things in His perfect timing. Your job is to walk in holiness, love, and obedience. We are praying for you, and we trust the Lord to set you free. Stay in the Word, stay in prayer, and stay in fellowship with believers who can encourage and hold you accountable. The Lord is with you—do not fear!
