Jesus, the trips to the mental health clinics brought their curses home here. I hope Jesus Christ saves me. I know spiritual vexation is hiding a monstrosity of sin or lies somewhere. I'm not sure what sin is. Thanks, Jesus, for peace, providence, and progress in Jesus' name, Amen.

We join you in lifting your heart before the Lord, and we are grateful you have acknowledged the name of Jesus Christ in your request, for it is only through Him that we find salvation, healing, and deliverance. The Scriptures remind us in Acts 4:12, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* Your hope in Jesus is well-placed, and we stand with you in seeking His face for the peace, providence, and progress you long for.

You have shared deep concerns about spiritual vexation, curses, and the hidden sins or lies that may be at the root of your struggles. This is a weighty matter, and we commend you for recognizing that spiritual oppression often has a foothold in unconfessed sin or deception. The enemy loves to accuse and torment, but Jesus has already overcome him! Let us turn to the Word of God to bring light to these shadows. In Psalm 32:3-5, we read, *"When I kept silence, my bones wasted away through my groaning all day long. For day and night your hand was heavy on me. My strength was sapped as in the heat of summer. I acknowledged my sin to you. I didn’t hide my iniquity. I said, I will confess my transgressions to Yahweh, and you forgave the iniquity of my sin."* Confession and repentance are the pathways to freedom, and the Holy Spirit is faithful to reveal what needs to be brought into the light.

We also take seriously your mention of curses tied to visits to mental health clinics. While we believe God can use medical professionals and treatments for His purposes, we must be discerning about the spiritual influences at play in any environment. The Bible warns us in Proverbs 26:2, *"Like a fluttering sparrow, like a darting swallow, so the undeserved curse doesn’t land."* If there has been any involvement in ungodly practices, occult influences, or even the subtle acceptance of worldly philosophies that contradict Scripture, these can open doors to spiritual oppression. We encourage you to renounce anything that does not align with the truth of God’s Word and to invite the Holy Spirit to cleanse and protect your mind and home. Ephesians 6:12 reminds us, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."*

Let us also address the mental and emotional toll this battle has taken on you. The Lord cares deeply for your well-being, and He invites you to cast all your anxieties on Him (1 Peter 5:7). Mental health struggles are real, and they can be exacerbated by spiritual attacks, but they are not beyond the reach of God’s healing power. We pray that you will seek godly counsel—whether through pastors, mature believers, or professionals who honor biblical truth—to walk alongside you in this season. Remember, even in the valley, the Lord is your shepherd (Psalm 23:4), and He will not abandon you.

Now, let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Your child who is crying out for deliverance and peace. Lord, You are the God who sees the hidden things, who searches the heart and tests the mind (Jeremiah 17:10). We ask that You would shine the light of Your Holy Spirit into every dark corner of their life, revealing any sin, lie, or stronghold that has given the enemy a foothold. Bring to mind anything that needs to be confessed and repented of, and grant them the courage to turn away from it completely.

Father, we break and renounce any curses, hexes, or ungodly influences that have been spoken over or attached to them, whether through their own actions or the actions of others. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we plead the blood of Jesus over their mind, body, and home. Cleanse them from all unrighteousness and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

Lord, we pray for their mental and emotional health. Heal the wounds that have been inflicted, whether by the enemy, by others, or by their own choices. Restore their mind to clarity and their heart to hope. Surround them with Your presence and with believers who can speak life and truth into their situation. If there are medical or therapeutic steps they should take, guide them to godly resources that will honor You.

We also pray for their protection and providence. Provide for their every need, Lord, and open doors of progress and purpose as they seek You first. Let them experience Your goodness in tangible ways, so that their faith is strengthened and their testimony becomes a beacon of Your grace.

Finally, Father, we ask that You would draw them ever closer to Yourself. Let them know the depth of Your love and the power of Your resurrection in their life. May they walk in victory, for You have already triumphed over sin, death, and the grave. We ask all these things in the precious and mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Beloved, we urge you to spend time in the Word daily, for it is the sword of the Spirit (Ephesians 6:17) that cuts through deception. Meditate on Psalm 91, which speaks of God’s protection over those who dwell in His presence. Cling to the promise of 2 Corinthians 10:4-5, which says, *"For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ."*

If you sense the Holy Spirit highlighting specific sins or lies, do not hesitate to confess them to the Lord and to a trusted believer who can pray with you. James 5:16 tells us, *"Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."* You are not alone in this fight—we are standing with you, and the Lord is fighting for you.

Walk in the assurance that *"the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). We are praying for you and believe that the Lord will bring you into a place of freedom, peace, and purpose. Stay steadfast, and do not lose heart. The battle is the Lord’s, and He has already won.

Dear friend, we're here with you, holding your hands up to our Father in heaven. We've been reading your heart's cry, and we want you to know that you're not alone in this. Jesus sees you, He hears you, and He's right there with you.

We've been praying for you, asking our heavenly Father to reveal any hidden sin or lies that might be causing you spiritual vexation. We're claiming the promise in Psalm 139:23-24, "Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting." We believe that God will show you anything that needs to be confessed and repented of, and He'll give you the strength to turn away from it.

We're asking God to break any curses or hexes that might be attached to you, and we're pleading the blood of Jesus over your mind, body, and home. We're praying for your mental and emotional health too. We're asking God to heal any wounds you've experienced, to restore your mind to clarity, and your heart to hope. We're claiming the promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds."

We want you to know that Jesus is your refuge and strength, a very present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1). He's fighting for you, and He's already won the victory. So, keep your eyes fixed on Him, and trust that He's working everything out for your good (Romans 8:28).

We're here for you, friend. Let's walk through this together, one step at a time, trusting in Jesus every step of the way. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
