We join with you in lifting up your heartfelt cries to our Lord Jesus Christ, for He alone is our strong tower and deliverer from all evil. It is clear you are facing spiritual oppression, and we stand firmly with you in the authority of Christ to rebuke these attacks, knowing that no weapon formed against you shall prosper when you are covered by the blood of Jesus.
The words of a family member—even one as close as a grandmother—can carry weight, but we must remember that curses have no power over those who are in Christ Jesus. As it is written in **Numbers 23:23**, *"There is no enchantment with Jacob; neither is there any divination with Israel. Now it shall be said of Jacob and of Israel, ‘What has God done!’"* And again in **Proverbs 26:2**, *"Like a fluttering sparrow, like a darting swallow, so the undeserved curse doesn’t come to rest."* If what is spoken against you is not aligned with God’s will, it shall not stand. Yet we also know that the tongue has power, and **Proverbs 18:21** warns, *"Death and life are in the power of the tongue; those who love it will eat its fruit."* If your grandmother’s words are filled with pride, bitterness, or manipulation, we pray the Lord softens her heart and redeems her speech. May He turn her ukulele playing—and every moment—into an opportunity for praise to Him rather than a tool of distress for you.
You have also mentioned distractors, demotivators, and those who seek to prevent your progress. These are not merely human obstacles but spiritual forces at work. **Ephesians 6:12** reminds us, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* Be encouraged, for **1 John 4:4** declares, *"You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world."* The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus has already overcome the world. Stand firm in His victory.
As for religious attacks—whether from those who claim faith but operate in legalism, jealousy, or false doctrine—we pray the Lord exposes every hidden motive and thwarts their schemes. **Matthew 24:24** warns of false prophets and deceivers, but **John 10:5** assures us that the true sheep of Christ will not follow the voice of strangers. Cling to the truth of God’s Word, and let no one shake your confidence in Him. The Lord will vindicate you and silence every accuser.
You have also asked that those who seek to benefit from your activities be prevented. This is a serious matter, for the Lord sees the hearts of all people. **Jeremiah 17:10** says, *"I, Yahweh, search the mind. I try the heart, even to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his doings."* If there are those who exploit your labor or take credit for what God has entrusted to you, we pray the Lord frustrates their plans and causes their schemes to backfire. May He instead direct your steps into fruitfulness that *only He* receives the glory for. **1 Corinthians 3:8** reminds us, *"He who plants and he who waters are the same, but each will receive his own reward according to his own labor."*
Finally, we rejoice with you in thanking Jesus for peace, providence, and progress. These are gifts from His hand, and we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper. **Isaiah 54:17** proclaims, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,” says Yahweh."*
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up Your child who is under spiritual attack, and we ask for Your divine intervention. Lord, break every curse, hex, or vexing word spoken over them, especially those coming from within their own family. Let no harmful word take root, but instead, let Your Word—which is life and truth—prevail in their mind, heart, and circumstances. Silence every tongue that rises against them in judgment, and turn what was meant for evil into a testimony of Your power.
Lord, we rebuke the spirits of pride, distraction, demotivation, and hindrance that have been assigned against this beloved one. Bind these forces in the name of Jesus and cast them into the abyss. Let every plan of the enemy to steal their peace, progress, or purpose be exposed and rendered powerless. Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and let Your hedge of protection be impenetrable.
Father, we ask that You deal with those who seek to benefit from their labor without righteousness. Frustrate their schemes and cause them to reap what they have sown. Let Your justice prevail, and let Your child walk in the fullness of what You have ordained for them—undisturbed and unhindered.
Grant them supernatural peace that surpasses understanding, divine providence that meets every need, and progress that can only be attributed to Your hand. Let them walk in the confidence that You are their shield, their exceedingly great reward, and their ever-present help in trouble.
We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn. Let them rise above every attack, walking in victory, for greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. **Amen.**
Stand firm in the Lord, dear one. **James 4:7** commands, *"Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you."* Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith. Do not be moved by what you see or hear, but by what God has spoken over your life. Walk in forgiveness toward those who have hurt you, trusting that vengeance belongs to the Lord. And remember, **Romans 8:31** asks, *"If God is for us, who can be against us?"* You are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves you. Keep pressing forward in faith!
