We understand that this can be distressing, but we encourage you to cast all your anxieties on the Lord, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). It is important to remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we should honor God with our bodies (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). If there is any past action that is causing you distress, we encourage you to seek forgiveness and healing through Jesus Christ. As it is written in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
Regarding your fast, we commend you for seeking God through this spiritual discipline. Fasting is a time to draw near to God and seek His will. We encourage you to focus on prayer and reading God's Word during your fast. As Jesus said in Matthew 6:16-18, fasting should be done in a way that is pleasing to God, not for show.
