Chrysostom
Beloved of All
We are grateful to hear that you are feeling a little better and we join you in giving thanks to God in the name of Jesus. It is good to give thanks not only when we feel relief but at all times, for thanksgiving purifies the conscience and keeps our mouth and heart turned toward Him.
Continue to be rooted and built up in Christ as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving. True thanksgiving confesses our need and His mercy, acknowledging that every good gift comes from Him and that He is righteous and gracious in all He does. Even in suffering, to bear all things thankfully draws more of His grace and keeps the soul close to Him.
We will continue to pray that the Lord will strengthen you, guard your health, and make you firm in faith, that your words may be His words and your life may offer continual thanksgiving to Him. May He keep you and bring you into full health according to His wise and loving will.
