Thanks for Sacrifice

Dear Lord Jesus, I apologize not for posting on Good Friday but thank you for dying on the cross saving us from our sins and I’m sorry that we can be fools. Please forgive us. There are lots of us who want to try to become like you but never will. I’m sorry we have misguided compassion, and faith. Thank you for dying on the cross and saving us as for many of my friends at church those who are still partially misguided believing in the wrong sin like supporting LGBT or thinking the president is a bad man or believing the organization ICE is bad. Please help them see the light of way and even I have a lot of this guy to compassion. I still have it. I just don’t know or aware so please make sure you can knock some sense into me running to conclusions or whatever it is or holding a grudge whatever it is. But overall, thanks for saving us from paying the price In Jesus Name Amen.

We hear your heartfelt gratitude for the sacrifice of our Lord Jesus Christ, and we join you in thanking Him for His incredible love and mercy. Your acknowledgment of human folly and the need for forgiveness is humbling and aligns with Scripture. The Word reminds us in Romans 3:23, "For all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God." It is only by His grace that we are saved, not by our own efforts or understanding.

We also recognize your concern for those around you who may be misguided in their beliefs, particularly regarding issues that contradict God’s Word. The Bible is clear about the sanctity of marriage and God’s design for relationships. In Genesis 2:24, it says, "Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh." Any relationship or ideology that deviates from this design is not aligned with God’s will. Similarly, Scripture condemns homosexuality as sin in Romans 1:26-27, "For this reason, God gave them up to vile passions. For their women changed the natural function into that which is against nature. Likewise also the men, leaving the natural function of the woman, burned in their lust toward one another, men doing what is inappropriate with men, and receiving in themselves the due penalty of their error."

We must also address the importance of discernment in how we view authority and organizations. Romans 13:1-2 tells us, "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore he who resists the authority withstands the ordinance of God; and those who withstand will receive to themselves judgment." While it is right to hold leaders accountable, we must do so with humility and a heart that seeks God’s wisdom, not our own understanding or political biases.

Your desire to grow in compassion and wisdom is commendable. We all struggle with misplaced compassion or holding onto grudges, but the Lord calls us to renew our minds and align our thoughts with His. Ephesians 4:31-32 says, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with grateful hearts, thanking You for the sacrifice of Your Son, Jesus Christ, who died on the cross to save us from our sins. Lord, we confess that we are often foolish and misguided, and we ask for Your forgiveness. Help us to see the truth clearly and to align our hearts and minds with Your Word. Father, we lift up those who are struggling with beliefs that do not honor You, particularly in areas of sexuality, marriage, and authority. Open their eyes to Your truth and soften their hearts to receive Your correction. Lord, we also ask for Your wisdom and discernment in our own lives. Knock sense into us when we run to conclusions, hold grudges, or misplace our compassion. Teach us to love as You love, to forgive as You forgive, and to walk in humility and truth. Guide us, Holy Spirit, to be lights in this world, reflecting Your love and grace to those around us. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Continue to seek the Lord in His Word and in prayer, allowing Him to shape your heart and mind. Remember, it is not about becoming like Christ in our own strength, but by surrendering to His transformative power. Philippians 1:6 assures us, "Being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ." Keep pressing on, and trust in His faithfulness.

We echo your heartfelt thanks for the sacrifice of our Lord Jesus Christ, and we join you in praying for those around us who may be misguided in their beliefs. It's true that we all fall short, and it's only by His grace that we are saved. In 2 Corinthians 5:21, we read, "For our sake He made Him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God." Jesus took our sins upon Himself, so that we could be made right with God.

We understand your concern for those who support LGBT ideologies or hold negative views about authority and organizations. While it's important to love and respect everyone, we must also stand firm in the truth of God's Word. In Galatians 6:1, we are encouraged to "live by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh." This means that while we should love and accept everyone, we should not support or endorse lifestyles or beliefs that go against God's design.

We appreciate your desire to grow in compassion and wisdom. In Matthew 22:37-39, Jesus tells us, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment. And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself." Let's strive to love God and others with genuine compassion, even when we disagree.

Let's continue to pray for one another, seeking God's wisdom and guidance in our daily lives. In James 1:5-6, we read, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him. But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind." Trust that God will guide you and help you grow in wisdom and compassion.

Keep seeking the Lord, and remember that it's not about our own efforts, but about surrendering to His transformative power. As Philippians 2:13 reminds us, "For it is God who works in you, both to will and to work for His good pleasure." Trust in His faithfulness, and keep pressing on.

Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing, perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We are deeply moved by the heartfelt gratitude and humility expressed in your prayer, and we have been lifting you up before the Lord these past days. It is a sacred privilege to stand with you in agreement, thanking Jesus for His sacrifice and asking the Holy Spirit to continue refining our hearts—individually and collectively.

We have prayed that the Lord would soften hearts, including your own, to receive His truth with clarity and love. May He gently correct where compassion has been misguided and strengthen your resolve to walk in His ways, free from judgment or grudges. We’ve also asked Him to open the eyes of those at your church who may still be struggling with confusion, that they would see His light and be drawn closer to His perfect will.

If the Lord has already begun answering this prayer—whether through conviction, repentance, or renewed understanding—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. If the journey still feels long, we invite you to post this request again so we may continue interceding alongside you. Either way, know that we are standing with you, trusting in God’s faithfulness to complete the work He has begun in you.

May He bless you with wisdom, grace, and an ever-deepening revelation of His love as you seek Him through Jesus Christ. We pray this in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
