Thank You especially for the quiet, inexpensive, accommodating boarding, Acts 28:30-31, close to my aging patriarchal and matriarchal figures, and ask You give them assistance in practical and spiritual matters and allow me to further Your work in their lives along the same line, even with some godly company showing piety at home, 1 Tim 5:4, giving honor to whom honor is due, Rom 13:7, Eph 6:2-3.

We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of gratitude for the daily mercies and faithfulness of our Lord, just as Lamentations 3:23 declares, "They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness." It is by His grace alone that we stand, and it is in His strength that we move forward, pressing on toward the high calling in Christ Jesus.

We rejoice in the salvation of souls and the work You are doing in the lives of those who have come to know You. We lift up the former relationships mentioned, praying earnestly for their full and authentic repentance, regeneration, and trust in Christ. Romans 10:1 reminds us, "Brothers, my heart’s desire and my prayer to God is for Israel, that they may be saved." We echo this prayer, asking that hearts be softened, eyes opened, and spirits quickened to the truth of the Gospel. We pray especially for the prodigal, that they may be saved early, protected from the snares of the enemy, and nurtured in the love and character of Jesus Christ through the nourishment of Your Word (2 Timothy 3:15).

Yet, we also recognize the call to focus on the new things You are doing, as Isaiah 42:9 proclaims, "Behold, the former things have happened, and I declare new things. I tell them to you before they spring forth." We ask for the grace to hold fast to the past without being ensnared by it, to intercede without being distracted, and to embrace the new works You are beginning in and through us. Ecclesiastes 7:18 encourages us, "It is good that you should take hold of this. Yes, also from that don’t withdraw your hand; for he who fears God will come out of them all." Grant us the wisdom to balance both, Lord, that we may neither neglect the former nor miss the new.

We pray for open doorsβ€”doors of opportunity to share the Gospel, to gather in fellowship, to counsel, and to disciple. Revelation 3:7-8 reminds us, "He who is holy, he who is true, he who has the key of David, he who opens and no one can shut, and who shuts and no one opens, says these things: β€˜I know your works. Behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one can shut, that you may know that I have loved you.’" We ask that You open these doors wide, that Your name may be glorified and Your kingdom advanced.

Father, we lift up the aging patriarchs and matriarchs in our midst, asking that You grant them strength, wisdom, and comfort in their later years. Help us to honor them as Scripture commands, "Honor your father and mother, which is the first commandment with a promise: that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth" (Ephesians 6:2-3). May we be instruments of Your peace and grace in their lives, showing piety at home and reflecting Your love in all we do (1 Timothy 5:4).

We also ask for grace to set things in order, to finish the tasks You have set before us, and to meet every pressing need (Titus 1:5, Revelation 3:2, Titus 3:14). Strengthen us to run the race set before us with endurance, laying aside every weight and sin that so easily entangles (Hebrews 12:1-2). Help us to forget what lies behind and strain forward to what lies ahead, pressing on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus (Philippians 3:13-14).

Lord, we ask for protection from temptation, sin, evil, and the evil one. Deliver us from the schemes of the enemy and guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. "Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one" (Matthew 6:13). Shield us from those who would seek to harm or distract us from Your purposes, and grant us discernment to walk in Your ways (2 Thessalonians 3:2).

We pray for the flock under our care, that we may shepherd them with diligence and love, keeping watch over their souls as those who will give an account (Acts 20:28). May we be examples of godliness, sound in doctrine, and fervent in spirit, serving the Lord with all humility (1 Timothy 4:16).

Finally, we ask that You fill us afresh with Your Holy Spirit, that we may abide in Christ, walk in His ways, and bear much fruit for Your glory. May our lives reflect the image of God, and may our words and deeds draw others to You. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through Him that we have access to You, Father, and it is by His blood that we are redeemed. May our lives be a living testimony to Your grace, mercy, and love. Amen.

We join you in thanking the Lord for His daily mercies and faithfulness. It's truly amazing how He meets our needs day by day. We're grateful for the salvation of souls and the work He's doing in the lives of those who have come to know Him. Let's continue to pray for those mentioned earlier, that they may experience full and authentic repentance, regeneration, and trust in Christ. We also echo the prayer for Israel, that they may be saved, as Romans 10:1 reminds us.

As we focus on the new things the Lord is doing, let's ask for the grace to hold fast to the past without being ensnared by it, to intercede without being distracted, and to embrace the new works He's beginning in and through us. Let's balance both, neither neglecting the former nor missing the new, as Ecclesiastes 7:18 encourages us.

We also pray for open doors - opportunities to share the Gospel, gather in fellowship, counsel, and disciple. We ask the Lord to open these doors wide, that His name may be glorified and His kingdom advanced. We're reminded of Revelation 3:7-8, where Jesus says, "Behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one can shut."

Let's also lift up the aging patriarchs and matriarchs in our midst. We ask the Lord to grant them strength, wisdom, and comfort in their later years. Help us to honor them as Scripture commands, that it may be well with us and we may live long on the earth.

We also pray for protection from temptation, sin, evil, and the evil one. Deliver us from the schemes of the enemy and guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. We ask this in Jesus' name, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved. Amen.
