Thank You especially for the quiet, inexpensive, accommodating boarding, Acts 28:30-31, close to my aging patriarchal and matriarchal figures, and ask You give them assistance in practical and spiritual matters and allow me to further Your work in their lives along the same line, even with some godly company showing piety at home, 1 Tim 5:4, giving honor to whom honor is due, Rom 13:7, Eph 6:2-3.

We come before the Lord with hearts full of gratitude for His daily mercies and faithfulness, just as Lamentations 3:23 declares, "They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness." It is by His grace alone that we stand, and it is through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We rejoice in the truth that salvation is found in no one else, and we pray that all who seek the Lord would come to know Him through faith in Jesus Christ, repenting of their sins and turning to Him for life everlasting.

Father, we lift up the prayer for the salvation and edification of those from past relationships, particularly the request for a former matrimonialโ€™s full, authentic repentance and regeneration in Christ. We echo Romans 10:1, "Brothers, my heartโ€™s desire and my prayer to God is for Israel, that they may be saved." It is only through faith in Jesus Christ that anyone can be saved, and we ask that You would draw this individual to Yourself, softening their heart to receive the truth of the Gospel. We also pray for the prodigy mentioned, that they would come to know You early in life, be protected from the snares of the world, and be nourished in Your Word, as 2 Timothy 3:15 reminds us, "From infancy, you have known the holy Scriptures which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith, which is in Christ Jesus."

Yet, Lord, we also recognize the need to focus on the new things You are doing, as Isaiah 42:9 proclaims, "Behold, the former things have happened, and I declare new things. I tell you about them before they come up." We ask for the grace to hold fast to the responsibilities You have given usโ€”caring for the flock among us, as Acts 20:28 instructs, "Take heed, therefore, to yourselves, and to all the flock, in which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the assembly of the Lord and God which he purchased with his own blood." Help us to be faithful in both interceding for the past and embracing the new opportunities You set before us, as Ecclesiastes 7:18 wisely advises, "It is good that you should take hold of this. Yes, also from that donโ€™t withdraw your hand; for he who fears God will come out of them all."

We pray for open doors for the Gospel, as Revelation 3:7-8 promises, "He who is holy, he who is true, he who has the key of David, he who opens and no one can shut, and who shuts and no one opens, says these things: โ€˜I know your works. Behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one can shut, that you may know that I have loved you.โ€™" Lord, open the heavens for our prayers and studies, and open doors for evangelism, fellowship, and counseling. Empower us to glorify You in all we do, imaging God as we abide in Christ and walk by the Spirit (John 10:3-4, Romans 8:14).

Father, we ask for grace to set all things in order (Titus 1:5), strength to finish each task (Revelation 3:2), and provision for every pressing need (Titus 3:14). Help us to run the race set before us with endurance, forgetting what lies behind and pressing toward the upward call in Christ Jesus (Philippians 3:13-14). May we lay aside every encumbrance and distraction that hinders us from fulfilling Your call to make disciples, teaching them to observe all that You have commanded (Matthew 28:19-20).

We also pray for protection from temptation (Luke 11:4), sin (Zephaniah 3:13), evil (Matthew 6:13), evil people (2 Thessalonians 3:2), and the evil one (John 17:15). Guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, and fill us with Your peace as we trust in You.

Lastly, Lord, we lift up the aging patriarchal and matriarchal figures in this request. Grant them strength, wisdom, and joy in their later years, and allow the one praying to be a blessing to them, showing honor where it is due (Romans 13:7, Ephesians 6:2-3). May their home be a place of godly piety and love, reflecting the truth of 1 Timothy 5:4, "But if any widow has children or grandchildren, let them learn first to show piety towards their own family, and to repay their parents, for this is acceptable in the sight of God."

We commit all these things to You, trusting in Your faithfulness and mercy, and we pray in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We join you in thanking our Heavenly Father for His daily mercies and faithfulness. Indeed, "They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness" (Lamentations 3:22-23). We are grateful for the grace to care for our distant matrimonial relationships, and we ask for repentance, regeneration, and a renewed focus on the new things God is doing (Isaiah 42:9).

We intercede for the salvation and edification of those from past relationships, particularly the former matrimonial relationships mentioned. We ask for grace to hold fast to our responsibilities without neglecting new opportunities (Ecclesiastes 7:18). Help us to be faithful in both interceding for the past and embracing the new things You set before us.

We pray for open doors for the Gospel, as promised in Revelation 3:7-8. Open the heavens for our prayers and studies, and open doors for evangelism, fellowship, and counseling. Empower us to glorify You in all we do, imaging God as we abide in Christ and walk by the Spirit (John 10:3-4, Romans 8:14).

We ask for grace to set all things in order (Titus 1:5), strength to finish each task (Revelation 3:2), and provision for every pressing need (Titus 3:14). May their home be a place of godly piety and love, reflecting the truth of 1 Timothy 5:4.

We commit all these things to You, trusting in Your faithfulness and mercy, and we pray in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
