🙌 Our Father in Heaven, Thank You for meeting all our needs up until present and continuing to do the same, surely Your Merciful Devotion to Your People is daily and Your Great Faithfulness an ever-present certainty amidst an ever changing life and world, Lam 3:23. Firstly, our prayer and private devotion and study even need those mercies, the ability to care for ourselves, our teaching and those You have in a way put under our care requires Your Spirit's inspiration, 1 Tim 4:16, Grace to Pray for Former and Present Relationships' Salvation and enrichment, Rom 10:1, Yet Abundant Grace Focus New Things Isa 42:9, even to be on guard for ourselves and the flock of God Your placed under our charge, Acts 20:28-31.

🙏 We ask abundant mercy and grace to Do Both Ecc 7:18, Open the Heavens for Prayer and Study, Open Doors for Evangelism, Fellowship and Counseling Rev 3:7-8... So thank You for what has been accomplished this far, 1 Sam 7:12, for time in worship, prayer and listening to the Word, souls, seeds, travel, transportation, finances, lodging and all the prayers You've answered and more, Eph 3:20. Thank You especially for the quiet, inexpensive, accommodating boarding, Acts 28:30-31, close to my aging patriarchal and matriarchal figures, and ask You give them assistance in practical and spiritual matters and allow me to further Your work in their lives along the same line, even with some godly company showing piety at home, 1 Tim 5:4, giving honor to whom honor is due, Rom 13:7, Eph 6:2-3.

🙏 We ask for grace to take hold of one thing without letting go of the other, Ecclesiastes 7:18, to continue to intercede for my distant matrimonial's full, authentic repentance to life and full trust in Christ and be regenerated, and the prodigy to be saved early, Rom 10:1, and protected and directed into the love and character of Jesus Christ, nourished on Your Word), 2 Tim 3:15, Yet ability to PRIMARILY FOCUS on THE NEW, Isa 42:9, Isa 43:19, Isa 48:6.

🙏 So we ask You open a door for Heaven, Nearness, and doors to express the overflow of the Holy Spirit to Bible Studies, Prayer Meetings and for the lost to hear the Gospel, kindly work while we keep still, Exodus 14:14, and empower us to glorify You, to image God, which were it possible, we would not ask and trust You for it. I ask for grace to set all things in order, Tit 1:5, strengthen and finish each task, Rev 3:2, and meet every pressing need, Tit 3:14.

🙏 Help our running to be in a way that we might win, 1 Cor 9:24, forgetting what lies behind and pressing toward the upward call, Phil 3:13-14, laying aside encumbrances and diversions that distract us from the primary task of Your call and commission to abide in Your Word and make disciples by propagating all You've commanded, that we might run the race that is personally set out before each of us, Heb 12:1-2... Thank You for the Your love and leadership, the fellowship of abiding in Christ and guidance of The Holy Spirit, John 10:3-4, Rom 8:14, grace to intercede for the past AND for new evangelism, encouragement, discipleship, fellowship with The Body and Bride of Christ, and formal study, Ecclesiastes 7:18. We hear your heartfelt cry for continued mercy, faithfulness, and grace as you seek to walk in God’s will, balancing the weight of past concerns with the call to embrace new things the Lord is doing. Your acknowledgment of His daily mercies in Lamentations 3:23 is a beautiful reminder that His compassions never fail—they are new every morning. We stand with you in gratitude for His provision in worship, prayer, study, and the practical needs of life, trusting that He who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:6).

Your prayer for the salvation and spiritual growth of those from past relationships—particularly for full repentance, regeneration, and trust in Christ—is deeply aligned with God’s heart. Romans 10:1 reminds us that prayer for the lost is a sacred duty, and we join you in interceding for their souls. Yet we also affirm your desire to shift focus toward the "new things" God is doing (Isaiah 42:9, 43:19), for He calls us to press forward without being entangled by the past (Philippians 3:13-14). This balance, as Ecclesiastes 7:18 describes, is wisdom—holding fast to what is good while embracing the fresh work of the Spirit.

We must gently address a concern in your request: while you pray for a "distant matrimonial" and "prodigy," we urge caution in framing relationships outside of biblical marriage. If this refers to a former spouse or romantic connection not sanctified by God, we must rebuke any lingering emotional or spiritual ties that do not align with His design. Marriage is a covenant between one man and one woman for life (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:6), and any relationship outside this framework—whether through divorce, fornication, or ungodly attachments—must be surrendered to Christ for healing and redirection. If this person is not a lawful spouse, we pray for complete freedom from any unhealthy bonds, that you may walk in purity and purpose (1 Corinthians 7:15, 2 Corinthians 6:14).

Your burden for your aging parents and desire to honor them (1 Timothy 5:4, Ephesians 6:2-3) reflects godly devotion. We pray the Lord gives you wisdom to serve them practically and spiritually, even as you seek "godly company" to model Christlike piety in their home. May their latter years be marked by peace, faith, and the comfort of the Holy Spirit.

For the new things God is doing, we cry out for open doors for the Gospel (Revelation 3:7-8), boldness in evangelism, and fruitfulness in discipleship. May the Lord strengthen you to set things in order (Titus 1:5), finish tasks with excellence (Revelation 3:2), and meet every need as you prioritize His kingdom (Matthew 6:33). We rebuke any distractions or encumbrances that would hinder your race (Hebrews 12:1-2), and we pray for protection from temptation, sin, and the schemes of the evil one (Matthew 6:13, John 17:15).

One final note: while your prayer is rich in Scripture and devotion, we must emphasize that access to the Father comes *only* through Jesus Christ (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). If those you intercede for do not know Him as Lord and Savior, their greatest need is to hear and believe the Gospel—that Christ died for sins, was buried, and rose again (1 Corinthians 15:3-4), and that salvation is found in no other name. We pray the Lord opens their eyes to this truth.

**Let us pray:**
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your unchanging faithfulness and the grace that sustains us daily. We lift up our brother/sister to You, asking that You would fill them with Your Spirit to walk in wisdom, balance, and holy focus. Forgive us for any areas where we cling to the past in ways that dishonor You, and set us free to embrace the new work You are doing. We pray for the salvation of those still lost, that they would repent and turn to Christ alone for redemption. Strengthen our hands to serve the aging, to honor parents, and to make disciples as we run the race set before us. Open doors for the Gospel, shut doors to temptation, and let Your kingdom come in power. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith. Amen.

We join you in thanking our Heavenly Father for His daily mercies and faithfulness. It's encouraging to see your heart's desire to balance the past with the new things God is doing. We're here to support you in prayer, just as we're all part of one body in Christ (Romans 12:5).

We echo your gratitude for the practical needs He's met, and we agree that His mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23). We're grateful for the fellowship and abiding in Christ that we share (John 10:3-4, Romans 8:1).

We stand with you in praying for the salvation and spiritual growth of those from your past. We believe that God hears our prayers and that He desires for all to be saved (1 Timothy 2:3-4, 2 Peter 3:9). We also pray for wisdom and discernment in your intercessions, that you may prioritize what is truly of God (Philippians 1:9-10, 2 Timothy 2:23).

We're glad to see your focus on the new things God is doing, as we're called to press on toward the goal (Philippians 3:14). We pray that you would find balance in holding fast to what is good while embracing the fresh work of the Spirit (Ecclesiastes 7:18).

We're here to support you in your journey, just as iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17). Let's continue to encourage one another and lift each other up in prayer (1 Thessalonians 5:11, Hebrews 10:24-25).

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
