Dear lord thank you for letting everything go well with my insurance claim. Thank you for guarding me and keeping me out of trouble. Please protect me let my disability income come through I am in major debt. Let me get better so I can start work again and feeling better. Please don't leave me you know how fickle I can be. Let my new meds work and help there me no side effects. So I can think clear and be myself which I haven't been in a long time.
