Dear lord thank you for letting everything go well with my insurance claim. Thank you for guarding me and keeping me out of trouble. Please protect me let my disabilty income come trough i am in major depth. Let me get better so i can start work again and feeling better. Please dint leave me you know how fickle i can be. Let my new meds work and help thete me no side effects. So i can think clear anf be myself ehich i havent been in a long time
