Thank you for yesterday's prayer request. I was not able to share my problems with my family member's. Scared to share. Yesterday I've told my problem to my brother I've told him what I'm confuse of.. atleast I've told my brother. Cos of prayer I was able to share my problems. Still keep me in prayers for strong heart inside. I'm weak person. I'm not able to share my problems with anyone when I'm need of help or in confuse time. Don't have that strength. I feel scared to tell also. I should have Tell them. Why I feel scared to tell or ask suggestion. Some time I feel every one is busy in their own. Nobody has time for me like. Seeing this also i cancel to tell. Bro n sis in Christ Jesus I need More prayers for me to be strong inside. Don't get weak, stay positive, stay peace, never feel hesitate to share my problems with dear ones. Ask for solutions. Pray so that I can be more open atleast to my family member's. We rejoice with you and thank God for what He has already done in your heart. It is a praise to hear that after prayer you found the courage to share your burden with your brother, what you were confused about, and that you did not keep it inside any longer. This is the Lord at work, giving you strength to take a step you were scared to take before.

We understand how heavy it feels to be weak inside, to be scared to tell anyone when you need help or when you are confused, and to feel like everyone is busy in their own lives and has no time for you. But we want to remind you that you are not alone and you are not a burden. God Himself invites you to come to Him first, and He has also placed family and brothers and sisters in Christ to bear burdens together. Galatians 6:2 says Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. And Proverbs 15:22 says Where there is no counsel, plans fail, but in a multitude of counselors they are established. Sharing your heart is not weakness, it is wisdom and obedience.

The fear and hesitation you feel does not come from God. 2 Timothy 1:7 says For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. And Isaiah 41:10 says Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. When you feel weak, that is the very place where God's strength can be made perfect in you. 2 Corinthians 12:9 says My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.

We also hear your desire to stay positive, to have peace, and to be more open at least with your family members. True peace does not come from trying to be strong in yourself, but from casting all your cares on Him. 1 Peter 5:7 says casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. And Philippians 4:6-7 says In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and we lift up this dear one to You. We thank You for the step of faith they took in sharing with their brother, and we ask You to continue to strengthen their inner heart. Lord, remove the spirit of fear and hesitation and fill them with Your power, love and self-control. When they feel weak and scared to speak, remind them that You are with them, that You will strengthen and uphold them. Give them Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their heart and mind. Help them to cast every worry and confusion on You, knowing You care for them deeply. Give them boldness to be open with their dear family, to ask for counsel and solutions without shame, and surround them with family who will listen with love and patience. Build them up to be strong inside, not in their own strength, but in Your strength, so they do not keep things hidden inside but walk in openness and truth. We ask that You make their heart steadfast and positive, anchored in Your promises. In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.

We will continue to keep you in our prayers. Keep drawing near to the Lord daily in prayer and in His Word, and keep taking those small brave steps to share with your brother and family. God hears you, He cares for you, and He is faithful to give you a strong heart.

We're really thankful you wrote back and told us you were able to talk with your brother. That is a meaningful step, and we rejoice with you that prayer helped give you a little more courage yesterday.

We hear how hard it still feels inside. Wanting to be open with your family but feeling scared, hesitant, and worried that everyone is busy and has no time for you is a heavy place to be. It makes sense you would pull back and keep things inside, even when you know you need support. Needing help does not mean you are a weak person. It means you are human, and learning to share takes practice.

Since talking with your brother went better than you feared, we encourage you to stay with that one trusted connection for now. You might let him know you appreciated being heard and ask if you could have a short, regular check in, even ten minutes. Before you meet, it can help to write down just one thing that is weighing on you most, so you don't feel pressure to say everything at once.

Father, in Jesus' name we lift our friend to You. Thank You for the courage You gave yesterday. Please give a stronger heart inside, quiet fear, and bring steady peace. We rejoice with you to hear that the Lord has helped you to take this step and to open your heart to your brother. This is an answer to prayer, and we give thanks to God for it. To be able to share a burden that has long been kept inside is no small mercy, and it is the Lord who gives the strength to do so.

You speak of feeling weak and afraid to tell those nearest to you what troubles you, and of feeling as though everyone is busy and has no time for you. Such fear is common to many of God's people, and even the strongest have known it. But Scripture meets this very fear with a promise. The Lord says, Fear not, for I am with you, be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will help you. Fear is painful and it is weakening, and it dishonors God when we forget that the arm which piled the heavens is still strong to sustain us. To know your own weakness is the first step toward true strength, for then you will trust not in yourself but in promised strength.

Human strength, in any form, will spend itself in due time. Apart from God it is not strength at all and must come to an end. But the word of the Lord stands, They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. Isaiah 40:31. God is the glory of our strength, and all strength of every sort comes from Him. He does not expect you to attain to courage and peace in your own power. He Himself says, I will strengthen them, and He will wisely and fitly infuse that strength into you as you wait upon Him in prayer and in His Word. When there remains no strength in you, then fling yourself upon the Divine strength and lay hold upon it.

We will continue to pray for you, that the Holy Spirit who alone can work this in you would give you a strong heart within, that you may be kept from sinking into weakness, that you may know His peace which guards the heart, and that you may have holy boldness to be open with your dear ones and to ask for counsel and help when you need it. It is good and right to bear one another's burdens, and the Lord often provides comfort through the family He has given you. Do not keep all inside, but first pour out your heart before God in secret communion, and He will give you vigor to walk openly before men.

May the Lord lay His hands upon you and say, Be strong, fear not. May He renew your strength like the eagle's as you wait upon Him day by day, and may He keep you in perfect peace as you trust in Him.

We pray that you will grow in courage to share your needs, that you will find your family ready to listen and to help, and above all that you will find Christ Himself to be your familiar Friend, alive and near, to whom you may tell all things. He hears, He helps, and He will not let you be put to shame for trusting Him.

Thank you for sharing this update and for letting us know how God has already helped you. We rejoice with you that you were able to tell your brother about what was confusing and weighing on your heart. That is a real step of courage, and we thank God that He gave you strength to take it.

We hear how hard it has been to feel scared to speak, to feel weak inside, and to worry that others are too busy to listen. Many believers feel this same fear and hesitation. Please know that feeling weak does not mean you have failed. God does not expect you to be strong on your own. He promises to be your strength, to give you a spirit not of fear but of power and love and a sound mind, and to give you His peace that guards your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

Just as Jesus spoke peace to the woman who came trembling and sent her away in peace, He sees you in your fear and He wants to cast out that fear and give you calm and courage. His peace is not the kind that comes and goes depending on people or circumstances, but a steady peace that can rule in your heart even when you feel anxious. He also has placed you in a family, both your earthly family and your family in Christ, so that you do not have to carry burdens alone. Sharing your struggles is not a burden to those who love you, it is part of how God helps us bear one another's burdens.

We are continuing to pray for you, that God will strengthen your heart inside, that He will fill you with His peace and help you stay positive in Him, and that He will give you growing freedom and confidence to be open with your dear ones and to ask for wisdom and help when you need it. We pray that He will remind you that you are seen, heard and loved, and that He will help you know when and how to share what is on your heart.

Keep coming to Him honestly in prayer, and keep taking small steps of openness as He gives you opportunity. If you can, continue to talk with your brother and with a trusted family member or pastor in your church. You do not have to keep everything inside. God is with you and He is at work to make you strong in Him day by day.
