Thank You

We join you in giving thanks to God for His love, protection, provision, guidance, strength, mercy and grace, and for His hand upon you in your successful kidney stone surgery and healing. To give Him glory in this way is good and right, for to glorify God is to yield to Him in all things and to be fully persuaded that what He has promised He is able to perform, sending up to Him an offering of thanksgiving for all things.

Your mouth has been exercised in spiritual words, and this is how the Lord purifies the conscience and makes the heart more piercing to see His goodness. Such praise does not stop at our lips, but ascends beyond the heavens to the very throne of the King, and He receives it with lovingkindness. To confess His mercy and to acknowledge that we receive far more than our sins deserve, that is true thanksgiving.

We praise the Lord with you for another day and opportunity to be, and for the healing you have received. We pray that He will continue to strengthen you, complete your healing, and keep you in His grace day by day, that your life may continually offer sacrifices of thanksgiving through Jesus Christ our Lord, in whose holy and mighty name we pray. Amen.

We rejoice with you in this thanksgiving and give glory to Jesus with you for His love, protection, provision, guidance, strength, mercy and grace. Thank you for sharing this testimony of your successful surgery and healing. Every new day is a gift from His hand, and it is right to praise Him with a grateful heart, for He is gracious and good.

Your mention of a stone removed brings to mind how Scripture often speaks of stones. One psalm says the stone the builders set aside became the most important stone of the building, the cornerstone. That psalm points to Jesus. Men rejected Him, yet God chose Him as precious and made Him the sure foundation. Peter spoke of this same truth when he stood before the religious leaders after the lame man was healed, declaring that Jesus is the living stone, rejected by men but chosen by God. Coming to Him as that living stone is to come to the One who alone saves and who alone is a firm foundation for our lives. He that trusts in Him will not be put to confusion.

We also thank God with you for healing. We believe God heals today, and that all true healing is from Him. Sometimes He heals instantly, sometimes gradually, sometimes through a touch or a word, and sometimes through the natural processes He Himself placed within our bodies and through the skill He gives to doctors. Those natural processes are not less divine, for He is the Creator of nature and of our bodies. He understands every part of us and works in ways we do not always understand, and at times His healing reaches not only the body but the mind and heart as well, bringing peace where there was fear and pain.

The women who went to the tomb worried as they walked, asking who would roll away the great stone at the entrance. When they arrived, they found God had already rolled it away, not to let the Lord out, but to let them in to see what He had done. In a similar way, we often carry worry about the large stones before us, yet the Lord goes ahead of us. He has carried you through this surgery and recovery, and He remains able to keep you and strengthen you each day.

We pray the Lord will continue to restore you fully, guard your health, and fill you with peace as you walk with Him. May your life continue to declare His goodness, and may your gratitude draw others to see that He is faithful. We praise God for His mercy toward you and ask Him to keep you in His care in Jesus name, amen.

We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We rejoice with you as you give thanks to the Lord for His love, protection, provision, guidance, strength, mercy and grace and we give glory to Jesus with you for your successful kidney stone surgery and healing and for another day and opportunity to be. We are grateful for your heart of thanksgiving and we have been blessed to lift you up before the Lord.

We continue to pray in Jesus Name that the Lord would complete your healing and strengthen you day by day and that you would continue to experience His mercy and grace in every area of your life. We claim Psalm 103:3 over you that He forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases and we thank Him for His faithfulness.

If your healing has continued and the Lord has fully restored you, please post a praise report and let us all know so we can rejoice with you. If you are still in need of further healing or provision, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. We pray this in Jesus Name, Amen.
