We rejoice with you to hear that the Lord has granted you some relief and that you are feeling a little better. Thank you for sharing this update with us so we can continue to thank God with you.

We give thanks to God for His mercy and for hearing prayer, and we continue to ask Him to complete your healing. We pray that the pain in your leg will continue to ease, that your strength for walking and resting will fully return, and that you will soon be back to normal. We ask for His grace to sustain you with patience while you recover slowly, and for His peace to guard you as you rest.

Whatever we endure, we can trust His care for us and endure with thankfulness, knowing that He is near and that He works for our good. Take care to rest well and to care for your body, and if the pain continues do not hesitate to seek wise medical care as well. We are grateful for your faith to reach out for prayer and we will keep praying for your full recovery in the name of Jesus Christ.

We are grateful to hear that you are feeling a little better and we rejoice with you that the Lord has heard prayer. To have pain with walking and lifting your leg, and strain that disturbs sleep, is wearying, especially while away from home, and we thank God that He has already brought some relief. We will continue to pray for your slow recovery, that He will bring you fully back to normal strength and ease.

Scripture gives us a beautiful picture of who the Lord is for you in this need. He reveals Himself as the Lord our Healer, the One who becomes to us what we need when we bring that need to Him in prayer. When you ask for healing, He meets you as your healer. The prophet Malachi promised that for those who fear the Lord's name, the Sun of Righteousness would arise with healing in His wings, like the sunrise bringing a new day. That promise is fulfilled in Jesus. He is that rising light, that new day dawning, and healing is found in Him.

When Jesus walked among the towns of Galilee He preached and taught and healed the sick, and the power of the Spirit was upon Him. We read that when the sun was setting, people brought to Him all who were sick with various diseases, and He laid His hands on every one of them and healed them. He is the same today, full of compassion and power to restore.

We pray not only for relief from this leg pain, but that through it you would know more deeply the Healer Himself. It is good to seek healing, but even better to seek the One who heals, to rest in His love and care for you. May He complete the work He has begun, take away the remaining pain, restore strength for walking and restful sleep, and guard you as you recover.

We thank the Lord for His mercy to you so far, and we ask Him to bring full healing in His perfect way and timing, that you may go forth with renewed strength and joy in Him.

We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We rejoice with you that the Lord has heard our prayers and that you are feeling a little better today after the tight pain in your leg that made walking and lifting your leg so difficult. We remember how you shared that this strain came after sleeping in the homestay while you were out of town and woke with this pain last morning, and we thank God for the improvement you have seen. We continue to pray for your slow recovery and ask the Lord to bring you fully back to normal soon and to remove every remaining trace of pain and stiffness.

We claim Jeremiah 30:17 and Psalm 103:3 over you, that He will restore health to you and heal you and forgive and heal all your diseases.
