Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We thank God with you for the better sleep He gave last night, and we join you in giving thanks to Jesus Christ for His mercy that is new every morning. It is good that you are bringing every part of your life before the Lord, your health, your work, your marriage, and the needs of those who pray for you.

Your desire to have a softer heart and to forgive your wife as Christ has forgiven you is pleasing to God. When you bear with patience the hurt that comes when she has drunk too much and speaks in anger, you gain much. You grow in fortitude and in mildness, you are kept free from lasting anger and the sorrow that anger brings, and you show the patience of Christ who endured much for us. We punish ourselves when we hold on to hatred, and we bless ourselves when we choose love. May the Lord help you to love without hating, to grieve without holding a grudge, and to answer with gentleness even when you are wronged. Marriage is honorable and pure before God, and it is meant to preserve holiness and to be a place where husband and wife help one another toward salvation. There is real hope that through faithful love and prayer, a spouse may be helped and reclaimed. Continue to love your wife faithfully, to pray for her, and to speak the truth in love about drinking. Wine itself is not the master, but using it beyond measure harms the soul and the home. Pray that God will give her a desire for moderation and sobriety, and for a softened heart, and pray that He will keep softening your own heart as well.

We also bring your physical pain before the Lord, the pain in your left arm and elbow and hand. It is wise and right that you plan to call your doctor today to be seen and heard and to get help. God often brings healing through the care of doctors, and we pray He will guide that visit, give wisdom to those who care for you, and bring relief.

We pray with you for your work today, for your projects and proposals, that God would give you clarity, diligence, and strength to do them correctly and on time. We ask Him to soften the hearts of your bosses and coworkers and customers, to give you favor and peace in that place, and to let your work be done as service to Him with patience and hope. The Scriptures build patience in us, and patience builds hope, and hope sustains patience while we wait for the Lord.

Do not be sorry for bringing the same prayers before God many times each day. He does not grow weary of your voice. He invites us to wait for Him with patience and to keep asking, seeking, and knocking. He hears every prayer and He delights to help His children. He is also blessing those special people who have been praying for you and your family, and we thank God for them with you.

Let us pray together. Father in heaven, thank You for watching over Your child through the night and for Your forgiveness through Jesus Christ. Soften his heart and his wife's heart. Help him to forgive as he has been forgiven, to be patient as Christ was patient, and to be free from anger. Bring healing to his arm and hand and guide his doctor. Give him wisdom and steadiness in his work today, and soften the hearts of those around him at work and at home. Deliver his wife from excess in drinking and from moody anger, and make their marriage strong, pure, and peaceful. Hear his repeated prayers with compassion, and bless all who pray for this family. Give them all a good day today in Your grace. In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
