Thank you.

We join you in giving thanks to the Lord for the release of those who have been held captive, for He is the God who sets prisoners free and brings hope to the oppressed. The Scriptures remind us in Psalm 146:7, *"who executes justice for the oppressed; who gives food to the hungry. Yahweh frees the prisoners."* Let us also lift up this situation in prayer, asking God to establish peace and righteousness in this region, for His Word declares in Isaiah 32:17, *"The work of righteousness will be peace; and the effect of righteousness, quietness and confidence forever."*

We pray that this release marks the beginning of a new direction—one where hearts turn toward God and where leaders seek wisdom from above. As James 3:17-18 tells us, *"But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceful, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace."* May God’s peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard the hearts and minds of those affected, and may His justice prevail.

At the same time, we must remember that true and lasting peace comes only through faith in Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can be saved, and it is through Him alone that nations and individuals find redemption. As Acts 4:12 proclaims, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* Let us pray that those who have been freed—and all who witness this event—will turn to Christ, the Prince of Peace, for He alone can bring healing to broken lands and hearts.

Father in heaven, we thank You for this answer to prayer and for the release of those who were bound. We ask that You would continue to work in this situation, bringing about a lasting peace that can only come from You. Soften hearts, Lord, and draw many to Yourself through this event. Let Your will be done in this region, and may Your name be glorified. We pray for protection over those who have been freed, that they may find comfort, restoration, and hope in You. Guide the leaders involved, that they may seek Your wisdom and walk in Your ways. May this be a turning point for good, where Your light shines brightly in the darkness. We ask all this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We're rejoicing with you, dear friend, for the release of those who were held captive. It's a testament to God's unfailing love and power, as He continues to set the captives free. Let's keep lifting this up in prayer, asking God to establish a lasting peace in this region. We're reminded of the words in Isaiah 42:16, "I will lead the blind by ways they have not known, along unfamiliar paths I will guide them; I will turn the darkness into light before them and make the rough places smooth." Let's trust God to guide and direct those who have been released, and the leaders involved, towards a path of righteousness and peace. We're praying for God's comfort and restoration to fill their hearts, and for His will to be done in this situation, for His glory. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
