Good and Faithful Servant
Thank you people who profess the faith and block people on Tiktok and pretending to be reading a bible, and praying. While fake Christianity and these are people from the faith while this will pushed more people out of the faith. And I am already out of the faith already. Bye and there will be no more hypocrites and God cause the people who profess the faith is like this.

We hear the pain and frustration in your words, and we grieve with you over the hypocrisy you’ve witnessed among those who claim to follow Christ. It is a heavy burden to see those who profess faith living in ways that contradict the very love, humility, and truth they are called to embody. Jesus Himself warned us about such hypocrisy, saying in Matthew 23:27-28, "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like whitened tombs, which outwardly appear beautiful, but inwardly are full of dead men’s bones and of all uncleanness. Even so you also outwardly appear righteous to men, but inwardly you are full of hypocrisy and iniquity."

Your anger is understandable, and we do not dismiss it. The church is meant to be a light in the darkness, a refuge for the broken, and a family for the lonely, but when those who claim to represent Christ act in ways that push people away, it is a grievous sin. We must acknowledge that the failures of some do not invalidate the truth of the Gospel. Jesus is real, His love is unchanging, and His sacrifice on the cross was not for a perfect people, but for sinners, including hypocrites like us all.

You mentioned that you are already out of the faith, and we want to gently remind you that walking away from organized religion does not mean walking away from God. Many have been hurt by the church, but the church is not God. He is greater than our failures, greater than our hypocrisy, and greater than our wounds. In John 6:68, when many turned away from Jesus, Peter said, "Lord, to whom would we go? You have the words of eternal life." Even in your frustration, we pray you would not close your heart to the One who loves you unconditionally.

We also want to address the deeper issue here: salvation is not found in a church, a denomination, or even in the actions of other believers. It is found in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Acts 4:12 says, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If you have walked away from faith because of the failures of others, we urge you to reconsider, not for the sake of religion, but for the sake of the One who died for you.

We will pray for you, not just as someone who has been hurt, but as someone deeply loved by God. We pray for those who have misrepresented Christ to you, that they would be convicted, humbled, and transformed by the Holy Spirit. And we pray for you, that if you have not fully closed the door, God would meet you in your pain and draw you back to Himself.

Father in Heaven, we come before You with heavy hearts, grieving over the ways Your name has been dishonored by those who claim to follow You. We ask for forgiveness for the hypocrisy that has pushed so many away, including our brother/sister who has shared their pain with us. Lord, we pray for healing in their heart, healing from the wounds inflicted by those who should have shown love but instead showed judgment, pride, or indifference. We ask that You would reveal Yourself to them in a personal and undeniable way, not through the failures of people, but through Your perfect love and grace.

We rebuke the spirit of hypocrisy in the church, Lord. Convict those who have misrepresented You, that they would repent and walk in humility and truth. And for our brother/sister, we ask that You would soften their heart, that they would not turn away from You because of the sins of others. Remind them that You are not like those who have failed them. You are faithful, even when we are not. You are love, even when we are unlovable. You are truth, even when we are deceived.

We pray that they would encounter You in a fresh way, through Your Word, through the kindness of believers who truly walk in Your love, and through the peace that surpasses all understanding. If they have walked away, we ask that You would pursue them, for You have said in Your Word that You will never leave nor forsake us. Draw them back to Yourself, Lord, not to a religion, but to a relationship with You.

We also pray for the church as a whole, that we would be a people marked by authenticity, love, and grace. Help us to be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to anger. Help us to love as You have loved us, and to extend the same grace to others that You have extended to us. May we be a light in the darkness, a city on a hill, and a family for the broken.

We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who died for us while we were still sinners, the One who loves us unconditionally, and the One who is coming back for His bride. Amen.

If you are open to it, we encourage you to spend some time in the Gospel of John. It is a beautiful account of Jesus’ life, ministry, and love for us. Start with John 1 and ask God to speak to you through His Word. You are not alone in your pain, and you are not forgotten. God sees you, He loves you, and He is pursuing you.

We hear the hurt behind your words, and we are genuinely sorry that you’ve been treated this way by people who call themselves followers of Christ. When those who claim to read the Bible and pray turn around and block, shame, or perform their faith for show, it’s not just disappointing, it can push people right out the door. We understand why you feel done with it all, and we don’t want to make excuses for that kind of hypocrisy. It causes real pain, and it’s wrong.

On behalf of every believer who has ever misrepresented Jesus to you, we want to say we are sorry. You deserved better than a hollow screen of piety. You deserved the real, gentle love of Christ that never puts on a performance. And even though human failures have made you walk away, we believe there is a God who is nothing like the fake versions you’ve encountered. He sees you, and He doesn’t block you out.

Father, we come to you in Jesus’ name for this one who has been deeply wounded by counterfeit faith. We ask you to meet them right where they are, no matter how far they feel. Heal the disappointment and distrust that others have planted, and in time, let them see a glimpse of your true, faithful heart. Keep bitterness from taking root, and surround them with whatever they need to feel seen and safe. We trust you with their story. Amen.

The leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy, must be purged out, and the all-seeing God, apprehended in the conscience, must be the death of it. I cannot try to deceive when I know that God is looking at me. What you have seen in those who block and pretend, reading a Bible and praying while their works do not follow their profession, is a grief and a stench. Such a faith, which allows them to think lightly of sin in themselves and leads to no hatred of it, is not the faith which will save the soul. They have a deceitful hypocrisy, and if they add sin to sin by insulting the church through the cross of Christ, woe unto them. Yet, do not let their leaven push you finally away from the only One who can save.

Your cry that you are already out of the faith tells me there is a wound, and perhaps beneath it a spark of that which you think is dead. Little faith is a blessed thing, not its littleness, but its faith! It is true faith; faith which begins and ends with Jesus is true faith. The least faith in Jesus is the gift of God and is like precious faith, born from above and belonging to the family of the saved. If you have ever looked to Christ, even with a trembling glimpse, that is not nothing. The essence of faith lies in the dropping down into the man’s arms. That is the proof of it. It is not found in the perfection of the professor, but in the perfection of the Saviour received.

Beware of casting away your shield because other soldiers have painted theirs to look like true steel when it is only wood. Above all, take the shield of faith. The shields of hypocrites will shiver; they have the faith of devils, and not the faith of God’s elect. But he that has true faith, the faith of God's elect, has such a shield that he will see the swords of his enemies broken over it. This faith is not mere head-knowledge; devils are very orthodox. A faith that does not produce works is a faith that will only deceive. And what are those works? Faith and repentance are inseparable twins. The repentance here commanded is the result of faith. True faith makes men hate their sin and flee from it; it is a sanctifying faith. Did Rahab continue a harlot after she had faith? No. That faith which saves the soul is a real faith, and a real faith sanctifies men.

Do not look ultimately to the church or its members for your foundation, for the grand thing the church wants in this time is God’s Holy Spirit, and the preservation of the church is not by might, nor by power. If you fix your eyes on the failures of those who profess, you will be miserably befooled. Look instead to the life of faith and the walk of faith. The life of faith is receiving Christ Jesus the Lord. The walk of faith is so walking in Him, action, movement, clinging. We commence our faith with nothing in our hands we bring, simply to the cross we cling. Cling there yourself, not to the shabby garments of hypocrites. This is our earnest prayer, through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You speak of leaving the faith because of the hypocrisy of those who profess it. You have seen them on these modern stages, blocking others, pretending piety while their hearts are far from God. You call them fake, and indeed, nothing is more odious than a whited sepulcher, full of dead men’s bones within. Their vainglory and lies in hypocrisy are a stench before heaven, and they will answer for every soul they have driven away by their play-acting. But hear this: the shipwreck of others does not excuse your own. Departure from the faith is the cause of all evils that follow; it is to cut your own anchor and be borne into the gulf of perdition. You say you are already out, as if that were a safe place. It is not. For those who fall from the faith can nowhere rest; they wander until they are swallowed up.

Do not imagine that the sins of these pretenders justify your unbelief. If their falsehood offends you, how much more should you flee from falsehood in yourself? A fearful heart and faint hands come from not believing. You have let their hypocrisy breed faintheartedness in you, until you doubt as Peter did on the waves. Christ stretched out His hand to Peter, not because the wind was harmless, but to show that steadfast faith stands firm against any storm. Your faith must not be built on the conduct of others, but on the truth of God. If your soul were armored with the breastplate of faith and love, and the helmet of hope, no fiery dart of anger or disappointment could pierce it. But you have thrown off your armor at the very moment the battle grew sharp.

You say these hypocrites will push people out, and you have let yourself be pushed. Yet consider: if a man sees a fortune-teller or a harlot plying their trade, and he joins the crowd, is he innocent because others led him there? No, he shares in their judgment. So you, by abandoning the household of God because of bad examples, cast the blame on them but forget your own soul. The one who gives offense woe is his, but the one who stumbles without cause bears his own wound. Faith requires a generous and vigorous soul, one that rises above the weakness of human custom and does not measure God by the failures of men.

You cry that there will be no more hypocrites, as if God were mocked. He will indeed judge the secrets of men, and those who speak lies in hypocrisy, having their conscience seared, will receive the greater condemnation. But that judgment is His, not yours. Your part is to draw near with a true heart, without hypocrisy of your own, fully assured through faith. Do not let the pretense of others make you a pretender of unbelief. Even now, if you turn back, Christ is ready to grasp your hand and still the winds. Do not make shipwreck of your soul over the sins of those you despise. Rather, flee from their example by clinging to the truth with a love that cannot be shaken.

I hear the deep hurt in your words, and there’s no getting around it. The thing you’re describing is the very curse that has dogged the church from the beginning: hypocrisy. It’s that desire in our flesh to look more spiritual than we are, to project an image of prayer and Bible-reading while the heart is far from it. When people do that, especially while shutting others out, it does real damage. It pushes people away. I’m not going to defend it because honestly, I can’t. Much of the church’s history is shameful and I’m embarrassed by it. What you’ve seen on social media doesn’t represent true Christianity as Jesus taught it.

But here’s the thing I’ve had to learn the hard way: the foundation was never meant to be the people who claim the name. The rock on which everything is built is the confession that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of the living God. He said He would build His church. I spent years frustrated trying to build it myself, leaning on the strength or image of people, and it always crumbles when human failure shows up. People will fail. They will pretend. They will block you and still post about grace. But Jesus doesn’t fail, and His work doesn’t depend on the perfection of His followers.

I want to be honest with you too. The early church had to deal with this immediately. Hypocrisy was met with swift judgment because it’s a poison that spreads. But the purifying brought power, not just a cleaned-up image. The real thing is never about performing for an audience. The true fear of God isn’t a dread that He’s waiting to hurt you. It’s the realization that His love is so real that I don’t want to hurt Him. That’s where life actually begins.

So don’t let the fake version drive you from the genuine. The leaven of hypocrisy is everywhere, but so is the real body of believers who are imperfect but honest about it, who aren’t trying to curate a holy image for views. I think if you want to see what God intended, you have to look past the noise. I believe He is still calling people out from that. There is a place where the books are open and the hearts are too. I’d welcome you to talk more, not to a platform, but person to person, about what’s underneath the goodbye.

We want to thank you for sharing your heart with us and allowing us to stand with you in prayer during this deeply painful time. It’s clear that the hurt caused by those who claim Christ yet live in ways that push others away from Him has weighed heavily on you. We have prayed fervently that God would reveal His true heart to you—that He is not like the hypocrisy you’ve witnessed, but a Father who sees your pain, loves you unconditionally, and longs to draw you back into His arms.

If in these past days you’ve experienced even a glimmer of His peace, His truth, or His presence, we would be so encouraged to hear how He has met you. If, however, the pain still feels overwhelming and the distance from faith feels too great, please know we are still here. We would be honored to lift your request again, asking the Lord to soften your heart, to remove the stumbling blocks of hypocrisy you’ve seen, and to show you the real Jesus—the One who weeps over sin, who welcomes the broken, and who never turns away those who seek Him.

We pray that in this season, whether you feel near to Him or far, you would encounter the love of Christ in a way that pierces through the darkness. May He reveal Himself as the Good Shepherd who leaves the ninety-nine to find the one who is lost. May He silence the voices of condemnation and replace them with the truth of His Word. And may you find the courage to take even the smallest step toward Him, knowing He is already running to meet you.

We continue to stand in agreement with you, believing that God is at work even when we can’t see it. If you’d like us to pray further, we will do so with open hearts. May His grace and mercy surround you today and always, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
