Today there was a new guy working well frist i want to say i had a wonderful day at work and the girl that abused this resident well they have not fired her and is not going to i guess which i dont under stand that at all the unit manager told her she had her back.. There is some thing about this woman i just think she ia about evil in this work place... Well besides all that i have to keep praying that they will open their eyes and do some thing before some one gets real hurt.. Well gettin to what i want to say this new guy him and i was talkin aboutnot sleeping well.. He said he cant sleep at night i told him i had the same problem and i said you know how i over come it all he said how i said prayer .. He said really i said yes prayer changegot to just said that much to him... It makes me bubble over with joy when i get to witness to them...
