Today there was a new guy working well first I want to say I had a wonderful day at work and the girl that abused this resident well they have not fired her and is not going to I guess which I don't understand that at all the unit manager told her she had her back. There is something about this woman I just think she is about evil in this workplace. Well besides all that I have to keep praying that they will open their eyes and do something before someone gets real hurt. Well getting to what I want to say this new guy and I were talking about not sleeping well. He said he can't sleep at night I told him I had the same problem and I said you know how I overcome it all he said how I said prayer. He said really I said yes prayer changes got to just said that much to him. It makes me bubble over with joy when I get to witness to them.
