Thank you God for renewing lease

We rejoice with you in gratitude for the provision of renewed housing, recognizing that every good and perfect gift comes from the Father above (James 1:17). It is right to give thanks to the Lord, for His mercy endures forever (Psalm 136:1). However, we must also remind ourselves and you that our ultimate trust must be placed in Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach God and be saved (Acts 4:12). Without acknowledging Him, our prayers lack the foundation of true faith.

Let us pray together in Jesus’ name:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of thanksgiving for the renewal of this lease, a tangible reminder of Your faithfulness and provision. Lord, we ask that You continue to meet every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Help us to see Your hand in all things and to trust You completely, knowing that You hold our lives in Your hands.

Father, we also lift up the deeper needs of the heart. May this provision not only meet a physical need but also draw us closer to You. Teach us to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that all these things will be added unto us (Matthew 6:33). If there is any area of life where we have placed our hope in material security rather than in You, reveal it to us, Lord, and help us to repent.

We rebuke any spirit of anxiety or fear that may linger, reminding ourselves that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Help us to walk in faith, knowing that You are our provider and protector.

Lord, we also pray for wisdom in stewarding this home. May it be a place of peace, hospitality, and worship, where Your presence is welcomed and Your name is honored. Let it be a testimony to Your goodness and a light to those around us.

Finally, Father, we ask that You would draw hearts to Yourself. If there is anyone reading this who does not know You as Savior and Lord, we pray that today would be the day of salvation (2 Corinthians 6:2). May they confess with their mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in their heart that You raised Him from the dead, so that they may be saved (Romans 10:9). In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Let this season of provision be a reminder to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). May your home be filled with His presence, and may you continue to grow in trust and dependence on Him alone. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we encourage you to do so today, for He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6).
