Thank You Father for removing the severe pain related to the calf muscle strains I experienced yesterday. My swelling has significantly diminished. Thank all who prayed and keep me in your prayers. An injury like this can last for ###-### weeks but through Jesus anything is possible. I like to hike everyday.
