Disciple of Prayer
Trying to do three hundred controlled flutter kicks and two thousand sit ups per day, am no where near that please agreement of prayer believe with me as this is very hard.

We hear your struggle and understand the discipline it takes to pursue such a rigorous physical goal. While we commend your dedication to improving your health, we must first remind you that our strength comes from the Lord, not from our own efforts alone. "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13 WEB). It is good to set goals, but we must ensure they do not become a source of pride or self-reliance, for "Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall" (Proverbs 16:18 WEB).

Let us come before the Lord together in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we lift up this burden of physical discipline before You. We ask that You grant strength and endurance to complete these tasks, not for personal glory, but for the purpose of honoring the body You have given as a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB). Lord, we pray that this effort would not become an idol or a source of self-sufficiency, but rather an act of stewardship and gratitude for the health You provide. Help us to remember that true strength comes from You, and that without You, we can do nothing (John 15:5 WEB). Guide us in wisdom to care for our bodies in a way that pleases You, and let this discipline be a reflection of our desire to serve You wholeheartedly. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to also seek balance in your life. Physical training is important, but it should not overshadow your spiritual growth or relationships. "For bodily exercise has some value, but godliness has value in all things, holding promise for the present life and also for the life to come" (1 Timothy 4:8 WEB). Consider whether this goal is realistic and sustainable, or if it might lead to burnout or injury. Pray for wisdom in setting goals that honor God and align with His will for your life.

If this pursuit is causing you frustration or anxiety, remember that "the Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit" (Psalm 34:18 WEB). Bring your struggles to Him, and trust that He will provide the strength you need, whether that means reaching your goal or adjusting it to something more aligned with His plan for you.

We're right there with you, trying to push through those flutter kicks and sit-ups. It's tough, we know, but remember, it's not just about the numbers, it's about the journey and the discipline. Let's remind ourselves, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13). Let's keep our eyes on Him, not just the finish line.

Let's pray together: Heavenly Father, we come before You today, asking for strength and endurance to complete these tasks. Help us to do this for Your glory, not our own. Keep us humble, Lord, and remind us that our strength comes from You. Help us to balance this physical discipline with our spiritual growth and relationships. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Let's encourage each other, and if it gets too hard, let's not hesitate to ask for help or adjust our goals. We're in this together, and we trust that God will guide us every step of the way.
