Terrible work environment

Our Plant Mgr has been taking advantage of us for YEARS. We are fed up and exhausted. We feel unseen, unheard, unappreciated. Please pray in Jesus' Name that we have a voice, and that we can be BOLD and speak our truth and please pray she gets exposed for all the lies and her poor work ethic. We are so exhausted and on the verge of a nervous breakdown. Pray we have a voice and are heard loud and clear.

I'm older and my eyes are weak. Years of working at a desk has made my vision terrible. I need a ### surgery. I'm not ready for that. So expensive. I requested hours 7:30-4:30 (verses 8-5) because of the light, glare, and traffic. Please pray they will honor that. My co-worker has bad vision too and feels it's unfair for me to leave early but I need to look after myself. I want fairness for her also but I'm in a bad situation and need the 7:30-4:30 hours to feel safe.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We want to thank you for the trust you placed in us to lift your heavy burden before the Lord. It has been on our hearts to continue standing in the gap for you and your coworkers as you face this exhausting and unjust situation. We have prayed fervently that God would grant you courage and boldness to speak truth with wisdom and clarity, and that He would open the right doors for your voices to be heard.

We have also asked the Lord to expose any unrighteousness in leadership, not out of vengeance, but so that truth and justice may prevail according to His will. Most of all, we have prayed for His peace to guard your hearts and minds, for strength to endure, and for His presence to sustain you in this difficult season. The weight of feeling unseen and unheard is heavy, and we have asked God to remind you of how deeply He sees you, knows you, and fights for you.
